Always having a problem with delivery never get my package and they have a problem. I live 1230 Spofford Ave #GB WALKIN BRONX NY 10474-5810 next to the building i have a doorbell i see and speak to who at my door. They never ring it and say they put in mailbox and I check mail box is not there. I had several package stolen. This is getting out of control. Something has to be done.

The bad attention and the desire not to work of your employees is incomprehensible. The packages are never there, they never want to go check if they are and even: you're just going to miss the time.

star the lady who delivers packages for the 700s don't even ring the bell n only leaves a notice half the time 4 packages unrecieved I can't order anything bigger than mailbox size and get it if we're talking my regular letter carrier I'd give at least 4 stars but the lazy non existent package delivery is unforgivable I'm sick of constantly settling for refunds this person needs to be removed people work harder for Social service benefits if not give me the job I'd like to get paid for goofing off

They DO NOT do passport service here. I walked in today 2/16/2024 and they said they don’t do passport service at this location. USPS needs to update their website

Where is post office in New York!!!!They do not attempt to deliver!!!!Rude staff members.Horrible customer service.And the worst part is they never deliver your package you always have to come pick it up.

When they deliver the letters they leave them on the floor, they don't even separate them. We have a mailbox that is not enough for three and all the letters go into that mailbox (where more people come). We left them notes so that they could leave the letters in their mailboxes at least, because as I said before, they used to leave them on the floor and even leave them outside between the door. No, I'm not exaggerating, they have already made several complaints and they don't do anything. It is impossible that every USPS in the Bronx has a bad reputation due to the bad behavior of the employees and poor management of the facilities. There is no way to have a civilized conversation without them responding with attitude or bad behavior.

Literally the worst Post Office. Packages have gone missing. The "attempt to deliver a package" and them not even attempting is very true about this place. Seems like they need a better management to micromanage the workers cause damn. Just went today and they were closed by 2:30 which doesn't make sense especially on dates closer to the holidays where we need packages sent out or to receive. Seems like the manager is okay with this behavior.

They need move workers for 35 mins to wait for someone is crazy and unacceptable there's only one worker here and she's always on her phone like come on where the manager or someone who's more professional and productive this is crazy please don't come here go somewhere else until they hire decent workers
