This post office is the most unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, lazy and uncooperative. Everyone who works in that building must be fired.

Our normal carrier was out and the substitute they had STOLE my packages. Legit scanned as delivered and never even approached the building. Since the beginning of FEBRUARY I’ve been trying to get in touch with the AREA MANAGER. I’ve left numerous messages with the post masters assistant, the other managers and staff EVERY SINGLE DAY. 2 months have gone by I have yet to be contacted. I’ve filed numerous complaints and Mr. Williams keeps falsifying the reports saying he contacted me and resolved the issue. Mr. Williams refuses to investigate the missing packages and keeps sending me away saying there’s nothing he can do and the packages where scanned at my residence upon delivery. That’s a big lie because it shows it was scanned not even on the same block as my apt. I spent over $150 for my packages and now I’m being told it’s too late to do anything. That is not fair. Mr Williams, ms wats, and ms forte have been aware of this since February and refuses to resolve the solution. For months I’ve been requesting a follow up from the area manager and nothing. It’s not fair that our packages keep going missing. May the AREA MANAGER plz contact me. Too many people are getting their packages stolen. I feel discriminated against. Why is it that mr Williams refuses to resolve this issue and ms forte screens my calls purposely to avoid me. Unless I call private and then she picks up. This is sick and not be treated like this. I need to speak to someone who can help resolve this. Packages are being stolen and the proof is right in front of them and management is refusing to do anything about it. What’s going on with my packages? Why do they keep getting not delivered? I have cameras in my building and there’s no footage the carrier even approaching the building with packages. Why isn’t anything being done about this? This is an on going issue!

The worst po ever!!! Just went in to drop off package and the teller was so rude..lack of professionalism ..they lack training! If I hate your job so much quit!!!!

The worst place ever .The woman at the window is disgustingly rude .She is very condisending & talks to customers like trash .She doesn't care at all , why because she never gets repremanded. She needs to be transferred or something .She always creates chaos.

The person who works at this email does not deserve to be there since he did not provide me with good service when I sent some letters because he was going to eat when it was 1030 am, why is he alone and I needed to go eat and he told me He told me to go to 1950 Lafayette Avenue, this person does not deserve to work in this City post office, he is not worthy of working in a public service for New Yorkers...

Worst experience ever. And mind you, I did not even went there but I called to see if they were holding my package there, they asked for my zip code and said they don't have it, and that I had to go to Soundview station and hung up the phone right away. TF. Where is the Soundview station? I called again and the lady once again slammed the phone on me. Horrible Customer service. I wonder what have them so busy in the back. Crackheads.

It's almost like a nursing home, besides that there's almost always 1 worker on duty which makes service very long at times but he's been a very nice guy on all my experiences there.

This post office lost a package that I was trying to ship out and even lost an envelope that my mother sent to be mailed. Very irresponsible workers. I don't trust any of them in this post office anymore.
