Living in this community for 30 years and uses this post office, my experience with their customer service is always excellent, expremely professional, warm and friendly. We need more staff like them.

This location is supposed to close at 4. I arrived at 3:35 and it was closed. Other people gathered outside said it closed at 3. Beware coming here during that 3-4pm hour!!!

This hole in the wall. Has up to 10 person who can wait for service inside the location. Great service. The employees are help full.

This is the only post office in the Bronx that’s closed on Saturdays!! That’s so unprofessional! The only time I have off is the weekend to check my PO Box and I never can because their always closed! Even when it says then close at “4pm” by the time it’s 3 the doors are closed! WORST POST OFFICE EVER!

Worst customer service in this office, who works in this establishment are racist against Hispanics. An entity that provides a service to the community should hire more human persons, with better ethic and education. Is a shame how is humanity in these days.

This post office is the worst ever. I came in and dropped a package with a prepaid label and was given a receipt. I got home a tracked it online and it didn't show the package was scanned or dropped off. I called the post office and the Spanish dude told me it would take at least a week to 2 weeks for my PRIORITY package to get on the truck. WHAT A 'F' JOKE. I'm guessing they stole my package. Plus the post office is always super dirty and the the lights are dim.
