Terrible post office.Everything runs slow.Phones don’t get answered.Clarks are rude.And they loose certified mail and it goes untraceable keep your items away !!

Update after going to this post office for more than 2 decades today, Aug 10th, 2024. I was treated poorly by a clerk, I arrived at 350pm to just get a letter mailed but needed to have it certified. So as the clerk walks to window 1, I slowly walk up. She, at this point, is sitting down and putting on her gloves. And says to me I hope what you have in your hands is important, because you didn't give me 2 mins to get ready. I apologize and stepped back. She like "No, come on, I asked for certified mail, and she said I needed to get the green paper and fill it out and then come back."" I went back and filled out the certified ticket and overheard her treat the next customer, so kindly after being so rude to me. I have NEVER had such a rude clerk this whole time and now fully understand all the complaints. I had to drop 2 stars because there is more to the story, but I don't want to get her fired. But I will be reporting her. And wish that karma comes around and give her what she gave me today.
I run my own business and rely on the post office to get my packages to my customers. I had 1 bad experience, but it was fixed, and I was reimbursed. Other wise there 2 ppl in this post office who have been so helpful and caring that I keep coming back. I also noticed those customers who get nasty are normally the problem, not the cashier. I wouldn't want to deal with a rude person, either.

20 peoples were waiting in the line and only one clerk was working and this old man was very slow like he don't care.

The worst post office.
We wasted the morning waiting for the passport appointment. They just said to wait at window 5, and 1 hour late, the supervisor came out and apologized for not accepting more passport appointments.
They don't give us any justification.

Worst post office ever. Claimed to not have a secure location 2 deliver my package to when they just delivered one the day before. I called the customer service number and was told mail man left a notice in my box, which he didn't. I had then file a report and half hour later, someone from this post office calls to tell me that they have my package and will be coming to deliver it within 40 minutes. No one ever showed up. Two days later still waiting for my package. I live across the street from them, so I guess it's obvious they got lost.. Horrible service all of the time.

It's incredible how this station cancels your passport appointment when you're inside and has the nerve to tell you to do it again. That's why people go to Manhattan. The service is very bad and then they say that USPS has no money, like with this type of employees who don't want to work or even go. I do not recommend it for passports, they will waste their time.

I need to renew my passport but wasnt sure how much it would cost me. Went here to get information a money order, envelope stamp mail it out a one stop shop. Walked in it was empty i thought awesome. The young girl was on her phone took mad long to even look up from the phone. I explained to her why i was there she said i dont know you gotta go to a post office. Im like this is the post office check the system and let me know how much the fee would be. She said she cant she dont have that. Im like again this is the post office you can look it up. She was like and what that mean this is a post office. I need to go to another post office for help.. make that make sense?? She was rude AF not helpful & refused to do her job. Extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I told her im leave before i curse you out. Date 4/16/2= time 11am. Rude B...

The fact that a supervisor didn’t even call me back speaks volumes on how I know they stole a pair of sunglasses I dropped the package off on a Saturday I spoke to a mrs Bette court and she told me she would call and nothing shows they don’t care at all horrible !!!

Horrible service and employees are very angry or maybe they are not happy working at this location and take that on to their usps customers that just simply need help. Also be prepared to wait long time on line to get help.
