Not very good service; my package sent 08/14 and has not been delivered nor returned to sender. No one picks up calls at this location and 4x and email has been sent and still package in the Bronx despite that the location does not have a secure place to drop off. Horrible NYC service.

Let’s start with how they be understaff so they be hiring. Now the people they be hiring hate they job, so rude don’t even let you get your question out before brushing you off to call the next person. Let’s start with the lady with the bad 27 piece in her head. USPS do better hiring these people with terrible, customer service ?! Don’t they take assessments on how to treat people … to turn around and do the opposite. Yall gone get one of these workers in a bad situation DO BETTER .

Horrible postal service. What happened to me took the cake. I was home all day waiting for a redelivery that I had to call USPS for because it was “Missed”. Second time this has happened to me. First time they said they couldn’t find my package in time to redeliver. Today I get a call saying that my package was indeed delivered. Plot twist is, I have a ring cam which shows the worker did not come up. So where exactly did he leave the package if he scanned it as handed right to resident but didn’t come up to hand it to me?

The worst post office ever!!!! Only ONE window clerk with 15 people on line during peak hour. They are rude and lack supplies. This is the government LOL

Worst post office...they never attempt to enter my building..they always say they attempt but they don't. Always have to go to the post office to pick up my package...all other companies successfully deliver packages.

I work from home every time you guys claim to attempt delivery, but you don't. I don't have any issues with any other carrier, This is very disappointing. Why is this post office still open, if I could I would give you 0 stars, you need a new person to make the deliveries cause is obvious the person doing it now is not doing his job, why is the person in charge not answering these complaints ?

Just finding out that people have been same issues with USPS. The delivery person will never ring the bell or even try to deliver the package. But somehow they will always say “attempted delivery”.

What’s wrong with people? Can’t ask answer simple questions. There’s no need for the attitude from these DEI hires. If I ask questions about shipping, I expect an answer cause that’s your job. The black woman at the end of counter needs to be fired for not knowing how to handle or have the patience for customers.
