I hate to pile on, but just wasn't that fun. Nobody had any good advice and they were kinda rude. Plus it was hard to hear them behind the glass. Ended up going with UPS - thought it would be pricier but it's the same

Hours on the door say 8a-4p but the gate was still down at 9:15a. Maybe it opens later on Fridays? Who knows?

Live in the neighborhood I truly prefer this location over the one on Broadway. It's not ghetto and the staff is super friendly. Hidden Gem !!
