Came here to pick up a few items before a client! The lady in the front was very nice and helpful and was very patient even with me coming a half hour to closing! Store was organized and prices were fair. As far as necessities go this place has you covered, there were very very limited options of decals, charms, and gems. But I received a $10 coupon after I spent over $100 ❤️ will be returning

When they started their business they were friendly now they are rude, yesterday I bought a pliers but when I got home I tried it and it did not cut and they only told me that they could not do anything, I mean the consumer has to lose but they do not care, I will not return to that place, when you make the mistake of buying there make sure to check your items before leaving

If I could give 0 stars I would! The woman there sold me a broken glass jar, I went the very next day to show her that although the jar was functional a piece of the top was chipped off and missing. The broken piece wasn’t even in the box. I told her maybe she thought it was made like that the day before when she had checked it because I wouldn’t have noticed the damage if I didn't see the jar on display before. She sat there and called me a liar and went on to tell me she’s pregnant, insinuating she cant be lying because of it. She was very unhelpful and had no problem insulting me and lying straight to my face. It was as if she was trying to manipulate me into thinking I broke the jar when she had saw it broken the day before.

The staff was very helpful and patient. Guided me in the right supplies I needed for a starter up technician. Prices were decent and environmental clean and comfortable. I recommend this place and I will definitely continue shopping there.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The customer service was awful from the second I walked in the door. The staff was rude and seemed annoyed with me as if I was bothering them by giving them my business. They were aggressive and somewhat threatening. Then when I was leaving I witnessed a disturbing incident in the parking lot. One of their employees was blocking in a sweet older woman with his car and threatening her when she asked him to move. I overheard the employee yelling something about having a gun and knowing karate as he stood behind her car refusing to let her leave.

Had a great experience when I arrived. Found everything I was looking for at great prices and even got a coupon for money off my next purchase! Since starting out as a self taught nail tech this has been my favorite place to get all my goodies. They’re very helpful and answer any questions you may have about each product. You can tell they actually care about their clients.
