Slow service at the cashiers only 2 cashiers and puertican guy bald has attitude and talks to much to the customers when there is a line around the isle. The other lady take 1 hour with one customer worst tjmax ! Avoid if you want to waste your time.

I shop at tj maxx all the time. This is not the location to come to. The selection is very little. I have seen mice in here. They are not understaffed but the staff will stand around talking, they always have attitudes when asked anything. This female manager in particular completely disregarded. Another floor member I was standing in front of ignored me and continued his conversation with a security guard. Very rude and horrible customer service.

Erm theirs never registerers open, the line is always long, theirs merchandise always on the floor in the clothing sections ,

When me and my mom went to tj maxx and when we went to pay, the man who was checking us out didnt give us a receipt and also didnt include my hello kitty nail filers and my moms hair cap thingy. But bro he didnt put them in our bag and probably charge them. My mom noticed the receipt wasent there so she asked me to go to him to ask for it but when i went he wasent there. I think he took advantage of the fact that my moms first language isnt english but im so pissed because He included the stuff he didnt give us in the pyment and made me pay some of my birthday money. I also have another negative experience here, 2 months ago me and my mom went and in line the audio device thingy said cashier number seven so we went but there was still people there so we just waited and this worker is like “u have to go in the back and wait in line” when the thingy literally said cashier number seven and another lady behind us in line noticed it too. So then the workers purposly took a long time which led to the line getting longer and finally after like 10 minutes they served us. They also left the alert tag on one of the items in order to “embarrass” us.

Terrible customer service. One of the cashiers spoke badly to a customer and the customer never disrespected her. Before hiring their employees they should verify that they truly have charisma to serve people, not look like they are ahu3v0 serving people .

Please stop forcing non English speaking customers to take store credit cards. They do not know what that means and you force them to say yes and sign up for credit cards for a supposedly discount.
