The worst TJ Maxx in New York City. The lines are long. The cashiers are slow as snails and rude as hell. There are always only two cashier lines open every day and any day of the week. They do not call for back up. The line is literally backed up to the shoe department.

It's 1:30. I have been on line for 30 minutes. It's Tuesday. There's two cashiers and and over 20 people on the line. They also got rid of their men's active section. Terrible experience.

Horrible customer service. The line extended the length of the store with 2 registers open. Other employees walking around talking with the people trying to cash customers out. It shouldnt take 8mins to take care of a customer with 3 items. Embarrassing

Everytime I enter this store I look at the cashiers line. It is very disappointing how long the line is most of the time. Compare to the stores in Manhattan I feel like customers here are treated like second class citizens. There should be no reason for customers to wait 20 minutes on a line to.pay. At that point you loose
my business. I just walk out the door!
I blame the CEO for not giving managment the funds they need to hire more staff.

I just came back from TJ Maxx and I tell you I’m so delighted when I go there because the staff
are really nice very respectful what they have and clothing and products great and the price is even better , I will shop here every day if I could love the staff love the store, haven’t been there try to go cause it’s really nice and you find what you want. Amanda took care of me today. She was so nice. You don’t find staff like this usually but here you do.Go Go you’re gonna love it
