Walked in and one employee who im sure was a team lead completely ignored me when i tried to ask a question and continued talking to another employee. Not sure how she still has a job here

Terrible just terrible the employees were rude the whole store was a mess and the man at the entrance was especially rude the worst person ever the whole store stunk like weed it was just a terrible experience overall

This location had full stock and the employees were very helpful. Lines moved very quick!!! I will be returning as I noticed some items are one of a kind, meaning AMAZON doesn’t sell it. Lol. Def a Good spot for small but thoughtful gifts.

It is sad, the level of service this target provides to this community. A long line of pick ups were ignored for over an hour among other things. The supervisor wasn't able to even come due to being short staffed at the registers. It's upsetting that the community lacks a basic functioning target. This is a beautifully crafted community of color and we deserve better. Other targets provide more and are not like this one. People in this community deserve better and I think this target needs to work on this.

I just went to pickup my order today and the girl that works at that area was rude and unprofessional. Long dyed hair, Hispanic. She blamed me for being at the wrong line when no one assisted me when I was at pickup line. She wobbled her head and said "well next time you know to wait at that line!". Hope she gets her attitude fixed or find herself a new job that doesn't require customer service.

This Target has made a lot of changes recently and the result is a much nicer shopping experience. Aisles are neater and cleaner. The Waffle House-esque atmosphere is gone.You can shop in peace without watching staff fight off belligerent shoplifters. The gangs of roaming teenagers that would steal from the snack and electronic aisles are gone. There are a few products in the beauty, cleaning and pharmaceutical aisles that require staff assistance to get. It can be a little annoying for shoppers and the staff being pulled in different directions but I've never had to wait more than a minute or two for someone to help me. The vast majority of products are NOT behind locks, so if a few changes keep jobs and businesses in the neighborhood, it's really a small inconvenience. The staff here is generally young, pretty quick and friendly. Self checkout is gone, but that area was always a messy, disaster anyways. Pick ups and returns here are easy. I normally avoid busy hours so shopping in the evening and early hours means that I am never on a long line. If purchasing online and something is listed as out of stock here, I will usually just go in and check. I have found things on shelves that were supposed to be unavailable. That connection between online and in store inventory could improve.

Target has great deals, and they price match too. The returns process is always so simple. I don't know why they closed out the self checkout area but then don't open up all registers to accommodate the excess stream of people, especially around the holidays. They need more options and sizes for plus size minor girls in the car and jack brand.
