Rude, judge people, other days they are calm, I guess it depends in them. But if you go for a pickup or you have less than 5 items you’ll have to wait because many times they don’t have a person in there, which is totally frustrating for such a thing.

I'm not sure what kind of culture target is trying to create in 2025 with disrespectful employees. I went in for a box of diapers like always that's all I bought after I make a long line and I pay for the diapers security stops me asking to check my receipt like if I was in bjs in which they not supposed to ask so I asked to speak to a manager and a manager was no where to be found because I was accused of stealing avoid this location because this is harassment and discrimination.

Shopped at the target on exterior street on March 26th at about 4pm. Had an unpleasant encounter with an employee ( whom had on what appeared to be a hijab) in the intimates section. Rolled her eyes multiple times and stomped her feet after I asked for assistance. Not acceptable. However, Cashiers were pleasant.

I’ve been calling their department for over an hour! Called them 25 times 2 times they answered and the employees were just chatting away laughing with their coworkers. Not paying any mind to me. I was on the line for 4 min saying hello hello, meanwhile they’re just carrying a full laughable conversation. They two times they answered they completely ignored me. 25 times ! And no one can help me!

I love this target. It’s the staff at guest service who are horrible. I love Carmen and the African American older lady but the rest they are so reckless I so dislike it. Careful when u do an order pickup.

Pick up orders are fulfilled once you get there, not when you get the notice to pick up. I picked up an order this morning that was "ready" yesterday at 3pm. Almost everyone on the pickup line was missing items that were supposed to be ready for pickup.

Absolutely disastrous experience every time I shop here. How are you in black neighborhoods accepting our black dollars but not treating the people of color correctly. No scooters for pregnant, disabled and elderly population. Lines extremely long and not enough registers open especially during the busy holiday season. Pick up orders are forgetting items. People fighting over carts because there just simply isn’t enough to go around. Purely chaotic experience the last 3 times. Will not shop here again. Do better target!

It's always such a mess in here. Can't shop in peace at all everything is locked up. I went on the line in the tech section to buy 2 game cards. As I was waiting the employee asked if there was anyone paying with a card. I raised my hand and she looked at me and told me to step forward. I proceed to do as I was told. She finished up with her client, asked the same question bout anyone paying with card. And I looked at her like u just told me to come forward. And I said I am. She then proceeded to take someone else and told me "oh the line starts back there ". So you made me move for what ? Restarting that line was crazy. I put the cards away and left.

I do shipt here and it’s absolutely the worst. Never have any items in stock and on top of that not they have the shipt designated area as shipt and a regular check out lane makes my trip longer then they need to be when they have a million other registers closed with employees walking around not doing anything. Defintly poorly managed poorly stocked

I placed an order pickup for my sister. She did not receive all of her items. She made the mistake of not calling me to make sure she had everything being that they did not give her a receipt. I have tried calling numerous times but they don’t answer their phone. I don’t know if this was done purposely but whenever I do an order pick up here in Georgia they always confirm my items in the bag.
