I don’t know if they’re also losing staff due to the DEI removal.
But I went in to buy packs of socks and underwear and it’s all locked up. I pressed the button a thousand times, walked around the entire store to only find staff by the registers. I don’t care to support the brand so I left, that’s mad inconvenient.

This place is a dump. It’s bad enough a large portion of the store is behind locked cabinets, but you wait so long for someone to (begrudgingly) help you, you might as well have just ordered it on Amazon, because you would have had it in your hand faster (and cheaper).
The food court is a joke. it’s a Starbucks and Pizza Hut, which is not a bad combination — unless you want pizza. Then forget it. 2 in the afternoon, and they have two dozen breadsticks rotting away in the warmers, but not a single pizza. And if you are willing to wait for them to make more, forget it — they are done making pizza.
Is it because they’re out of pizza? No. It’s because the rude person at the register says she’s done making them for today.
Then I guess I’m done going to Target on West 225th today … and every day.
Seriously, why is this Target so unlike other Targets? Why do they hate their customers so much?
I wanted to ask them, but the person at the Non-Pizza Hit counter refused to help me speak to a manager.
She is literally standing there at a register doing absolutely nothing. Except in a few hours she (or whoever she gets to do it for her) will be throwing away dozens of breadstick orders no one wanted that didn’t have any pizza to go sign them.

I used to shop here for years, but after seeing some pretty terrible treatment of their customers and heavy armed guards and police presence make the place feel like some kind of prison for consumers. I don’t actually save money shopping there anymore- nor would I recommend this location to anyone without warning them of the risk to their personal safety and injury

Disappointed to learn that Target no longer sees the value in DEI. Bowing to Trump isn't a good look in this town. Don't be a puppet. When you find your backbone, maybe I'll find my way back into your store.
