DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I repeat do not go to this, I went in for a promotion got stuck with paying for the phone and line. When I asked to speak to the store Manger they keep telling me to come back tomorrow

The manager Maria, was super friendly, she took her time to give us the best deal! Surprisingly she smiled the whole time past closing and answer every question my wife and I had ! Gabe the assistant manager was super cool finished the deal and we had some laughs!The place is warm and super clean !

Careful here. Check your accounts. A year ago we decided to come here to add 2 lines, when we where on the way back we received a text that we added 3 lines. So we went back to talk to her but she said only 2 lines were added. After a month, we received a bill that is 3 lines added. We took it off butYesterday tried it again, just to pay bills but she ask for a little more money, we ask why, she said she doesn't know. Just to check we call the customer service, And there SHE ADDED 2 LINES. She needs to be fired.

The manger Maria is super sweet, She knows her job really well ! i left out super happy, she was multitasking with me and another gentleman, with that being said i was still satisfy with her professionalism! One of the worse experiences I have had with horrible customer service in awhile. I went here to upgrade and get my daughter a new phone. So her iPhone with trade in is about $400. I was supposed to out $100 plus down for down payment. I came in the store with the intent to spend atleast $300 to $400. So theres an issue doing the upgrade. Now previously I spoke with a rep on the phone told me I would have to put atleast $200 to $300 down which was no problem. So here comes the non intelligent manager who needs to learn how to count. He claims the phone is worth $830. So with trade in $400 and a down payment of $100 its a little over $500. My finance amount is only at $200 and change. Why would you tell me I would have to put down a minimum of $500. Where does the math add up. Mind you I came in the store with $500 but because he was talking to me as if I couldn’t afford it I left. He was rude and felt like I was being degraded. I will never go to that store again and I definitely reported them to T-Mobile.

Horrible, a staff totally out of giving a good service, they do not know how to provide all the information the only thing that worries them is to tie the customer without caring about their money. They never know where the information comes from if you go and make a claim. I had a very bad experience in this store. I don't recommend it at all. ??????

My father has gone here more than 3 times to fix things within his account, and more than once they have added things he never asked for and things he strictly said he didn't want. Most of the individuals who work here are of Spanish descent and so is my father. He speaks very little English, and to think that someone within our *own* culture is actively trying to take advantage of his naivety towards the services & lack of English is disgusting. They add things to your plan in hopes that you won't notice. Again this has happened 3 times, and I have had to personally call customer service to fix this being someone that speaks English. Please be careful they are active people trying to scam & take advantage of others here for their own benefit.

The ladies working at this T-Mobile have no type of education. It seems like they there working by force. By the second I came in, they made faces . If they can’t give any good costumer service , they shouldn’t be working there. I asked for some information and left at the minute. You guys need workers who can have that positive energy for costumers, not making them want to leave .

Unprofessional is an understatement. Plus it’s 85 degrees and the ac wasn’t on and if it was it was barely on. One of the girls had an attitude and seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered with any customers. Of course I was next in line with her. I had Apple Watch issues and T-Mobile sent this store a new watch for me to pick up. I was supposed to get an email or text when it arrived, I never got any message so I went there to see if it came in yet which it did and the girl Literally told me to come back another day because there’s no manager on duty and only a manager can help me with my Apple Watch ? I’ve never heard of such a thing. After I get my watch and it’s working I’m Never going back to this location that’s for sure !

I first went there to upgrade my daughter's iPhone and the sales person didn't seem interested in helping us so we left and I bought the iPhone elsewhere.I wanted to upgrade my phone as well, but I didn't want to interact with the same girl. I passed by and saw that she was not there and decided to go in. I was helped by Jessie and he was the example of what a customer service representative Iis supposed to be. He took his time and ordered my upgraded phone. A few days later I went back because the order was cancelled for no apparent reason. He was busy, but remembered me and guided the person that took care of me and ensured that he was ordering the right phone. I received the phone and he took his time to transfer my data and picturesa. I was very grateful for his assistance and his demeanor. He really took the time out to ensure that I was a satisfied customer.Thank you Jessie.
