The worst experience ever!!
I always went to this place to get oil change. Been a loyal costumer.
I go to wash my brand new car and they literally scratched the front of my car. I tell them that wasn’t there. And they keep yelling at me telling me that i had that before i went there. The manager goes up and tell me to wait before he checks the cameras…
He calls me upstairs to tell me with his low quality cameras that the scratch was there.
He is yelling at me that im faking it and that was there.
He goes : “well the car didn’t come here from the dealership”
Told him im going to call the cops and make a report. But even it i did i would be on my own.
Not worth going there and being a loyal costumer for so long
The manager or the owner whoever he was, definitely cant run a place with that terrible attitude and with 0 respect for his costumers!
The worse experience and the worst management ever.

Terrible experience here, I went for an oil change and the mechanics told me I needed so many over other things. They took advantage of
Me because I Am a female. I told the mechanic multiple times I did not want the service and they pressured me into it. Ladies do not go here the mechanics will not listen to you. Terrible customer service.

Nice workers, questionable owner.
Price fishing caution: They were instructed by their management to tell you $39 for oil change, then they would point at a notice board “Cars with bottom cover will be charged $10 extra”. That’s about every car.
I was feeling tricked. This is not a family small business, but a alienating money making trap, even the workers are quite honest and good.

Stay far far away. I got an oil change and oil treatment followed my a car wash. My car flooded during the car wash. I was told it’s my fault and it’s normal. They refused to clean out the water. They refused to admit fault. They refused to acknowledge that it’s abnormal for cars to fill with water

I believe the policy is you have 30 days to get your free car wash once you get your oil change. So I left my car with the mechanic and went into the waiting room to have a cup of coffee. I had a lot of stuff in the car so I definitely did not want the car washed. When I went to check why it was taking so long , the mechanic said he sent it for the car wash, which infuriated me. I had valuables in the car. Anyway a long story short I did not realize until the next day but my a $150 Bose speaker was no more. So I don't know if it was the mechanic or the car wash guy but someone definitely stole the speaker
