They’re the worst. First of all they are rude. The lady who did my nails looked like she was in a rush. The first picture is how I wanted my nails but they didn’t have 3d paint so they just put sticker on my nails and charged me $107 for it. The guy in the front told me the nails was gonna be $100. I agreed then they said they don’t have 3d

Nails, still charged me extra.You can literally see the end of my nails. It didn’t even blend well. This was supposed to be my birthday nails and they ruined it for me.

I have been going to this nail salon for many, many years. Cindy does my manicures and pedicures and is excellent at her job. I have 'ingrown toe nails' and she does a better job than going to the foot doctor. She is very pleasant, professional and always has a smile on her face. I would highly recommend Cindy - she is great at her job! Everyone at the salon is very pleasant! I recommend this salon to everyone.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for years with no problem. Today is the first time I’ve had a problem. I went in for pedicure service and as soon as I sit down and turn the massage on , the worker who I’ve never dealt with before told me to turn it off. Soon after she’s cutting the cuticle and cuts my toe which bled the whole time. She continued to press down hard every time with a tissue to try to get it to stop. THEN When trying to squeeze something out of a bottle which wasn’t coming out, she then decides to open up the bottle and dip her finger in and wipe it on my toenails. CERY UNSANITARY! When proceeding to get to the other foot she does the same. I asked her not to cut my toenails just to file and she decides to file very low and cut anyway. I really should have stopped her services when she told me to turn off the massager because that already rubbed me the wrong way and then it just kept getting worse. She then used a foot scrubber that she had in a bucket with a nasty sponge. When I seen her throw it in there and then pick it up to clean my other foot I really wanted to walk out but because of the respect I have to this salon that I’ve known for years I didn’t. There was also a dirty purple thing wel that she picked up off the floor and put on the side by my foot to sit there half way through the service for whatever reason. DESPITE my good experiences other times, I will not be returning ever again.

Derrick is an amazing nail tech. He knew exactly how I wanted my nails to look like. All the nail techs are friendly & welcoming. They’re very quick & efficient. I was in & out within 1.5 hours compared to the usual long wait times at other places. If you check it out, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Derrick!

got a gel mani and a regular pedi. he cut my toe cuticle and now there's blood that's been painted over. doesn't seem like they sanitize their materials between uses. i made an appointment via their website and when i got there they said that they only do walk ins and that they don't do eyebrows (even though their website said they did).
