“It's a tiny office hole in the wall inside a auto repair shop but I was served quickly and was driving out in the rental van within 20 minutes. The guy was very nice, informative and to the point. Getting in and out of that tight place with the van was not easy but manageable. Return of the vehicle was smooth and pain free. My only negative feedback was the position of the fuel gage jumping from half tank to a quarter tank within driving one block from the place. Turn on the vehicle and wait for the fuel tank level to settle before driving out. Good place to rent moving vehicles. I recommend this place.”

“Sam and Francia are very helpful and friendly folks! :) They both totally kept their cool while dealing with an internet issue in the store and were super adaptable finding ways to continue efficiently helping customers from their phones and iPads. I was so impressed with their patience, transparency, and determination to really help out and explain everything when sorting out an error with the rental return during all that too! :)
(Sam also made my day by answering the phone with his “you got the bucks, we got the trucks” slogan that U-haul should absolutely pay him to trademark. A little humor can really save the day after navigating a whole moving process :) )”
“VERY EASY TO DO ON THE APP NO Trouble until i called the actual place HOWEVER THE ACTUAL PLACE THE WOMAN WHO WORKS THERE HAS A Terrible ATTITUDE PROBLEM this seems to be a family owned business where the wife works for her husband or some such none sense and she answers the phi e like its a hassel for her give the customers an attitude like we are bothering her...I'd recommend using the app”

“I had a great experience with U-Haul and they credit you $40 if you leave at least 1/4 of gas when you drop off the vehicle. They checked on me and the truck was clean. Fast service.”
“Great business good people too Gene & Jordan. Trucks are clean and good running! Also the guys are good will taking appointments when booking a truck which is key for a truck driver! A lot of the over rental places you can book a truck and show up and it's been already given away to another customer! 5 stars ?”

The service and the process of getting what I needed was not very satisfied, the people who attended us today had a not very friendly attitude and we took a lot of time to get the transport we needed for the online service.
They offer you free boxes for the rental of the vehicle but there are no free boxes available !!”

“Ray and Eugene was very professional. They helped me with the correct truck size and where and where I couldn’t drive the truck since it’s a commercial vehicle Ray is very funny he should have been a comedian. He had me laughing at the seems. Eugene was he straight man. Super serious but efficient. He showed me the after hours drop off and where to fill up the truck. They make an awesome team. Truck was clean and had all the charging ports I needed to charge my devices. I will only rent from them. Budget the only truck rental people should rent from. Especially from the fordham location”
