I must say Stop and Stor treats you like trash especially when they owes money for damages, they give excuses why they don't pay. At the bronx branch Mr. Theo treats people like family, look out for you and your well-being if it weren't for him I would have already left instead I stayed and got an extra unit, Mr. Theo is the best.

I would not hesitate to recommend Stop & Stor, where my husband and I have had a unit for several years. Now we have two units. We get outstanding customer service all staff, very pleasant polite and professional, especially the manager Theophilus Chartey. They go above and beyond to make sure all questions and concerns are handled properly. Places exceptionally clean and affordable. It’s open seven days a week , has good security, insurance, and electronic gates. Multiple payment options, very helpful. We are 100% satisfied. Great job guys!

Theo and Michael went above and beyond! They made time for me even though I arrived at 7:40pm. They were absolutely lovely! Helped me in every way and I’m so grateful for all their help! They are not only friendly and have excellent customer service but also do their duties diligently. Great job The and Michael!

I give kudos to Theo C at Co-Op city Stop & Stor. He went far and above for me a person with disabilities. There were no chairs available and he brought me his after standing awhile. Offered me water as well. His kindness and his superb customer service is very much an asset to your company. Keep up the good!

The staff was amazing & very helpful … Theo, Manny & Gene were all so kind. The space was clean and well kept. The staff answered any questions we had, explained everything well
and after we spoke with them … we knew this was the right facility for us. I would highly recommend to anyone!

My favorite storage spot. All of the staff are very helpful and kind, especially Manny and Micheal! It’s also very accessible. I highly recommend doing storage with this place, it’s totally worth it.

The staff are super friendly. The building and bathrooms are always very clean. Their prices are reasonable and best part no increase every few months like other storage companies. Love how my unit has a light inside when I open the door. I would recommend it to friends and family.

This is amazing facility. Very helpful staff. Always clean and welcoming and affordable. Bathroom and parking option is the highlight. Has options to get a cart to help move things, just need to sign up and leave an ID.
The time frames of opening and closing are not bad. I wish it was 8am-9pm everyday. But it’s very simple and straight forward. If you need to store your items, you are in good hands here.
