Instacart Delivery is garbage. Stop & Shop trying to save money but delivering poor service instead of grocery. I will go back to Walmart delivering my groceries on time.

Not stocked like Westchester County. No egg nog. Worst rotisserie chicken. Poor juice selection. They sell poor quality products Store Apple pies half cooked. They just have a nice crust but the apples were not done. They need to monitor their bakery. I had to re bake the pie! I will never buy any goods here again should have 0 stars.
Unless they stop selling poor quality products.
Shoprite is better!!

I’ve always liked Stop & Shop and use to shop at the one on Eastchester Rd before it closed down . I rarely go to this one on Bartow Ave mainly because of the confusing layout . Anyway , never had a problem with any of the cashiers before until today . Her name is Mary and she was extremely rude !! First of all she proceeded to put up her close sign without acknowledging the people waiting in line . This lady then overcharged me because she was too lazy to use my discount card and when I asked for an explanation regarding my high bill she was very rude and abrupt .
Needless to say “Mary” ruined my whole night !!

I bought an onion on Sunday, December 15th, and the next day when I started to prep to cook, I cut the onion and it was rotten. This is the third time this happens to me with onions I've bought at this location. So aside from finding expired items on the shelves in the past, now I have to worry about produce being good or not. Maybe I'll just look for another supermarket chain to see if I don't go through the same experiences as here. This location is nothing how this supermarket chain portrays itself on its tv commercials. My suggestion to all of you is don't buy produce here, go to your nearest fruit and vegetable stand.

Used my card there early October some how someone there whether they said it’s impossible is using some type of skimmer to take your card info and change your pin info and go on a shopping spree on your account.. I changed my card and changed my pin# everything was great went again used my card thinking I was ok again the same day I went shopping there nov 25th 5 mins later after leaving someone made 2 other purchases from there adding up to $131.16 back to back same day spoke to the manager but nothing really. now I had to call cancel my card and pin# called my card they stated it was from there I just got my new card and only use it there once and again got robbed I know they know it’s an inside job thing stay away if you care about your personal information being hacked someone there is stealing your information and using it ..

Great customer service, alpha of parking space . It is not difficult to locate items from the aisle. Clean and fresh vegetable fruit. Above all prices are marked down and alot cheaper
