This is a re-post as I originally made this review on 7/10/22 but it was taken down) Absolutely unprofessional behavior. I have already submitted a complaint with corporate and the NYS Office of the Professions. I visited at around 1:50 pm on Sunday 7/10/22 with questionsregarding a prescription. The pharmacist/tech was terribly rude. She did not even approach the counter. From the back of the pharmacy, she was yelling for me to give her identifying patient information that other customers can hear. l couldn’t see her name tag as she was too far and behind a shelf. She was the younger of the two pharmacists/techs that shift, brown-skinned and wore a wavy weave with a colorful headband. When she found what she was looking for she rolled her eyes and said with an attitude that "I need a new prescription". Confused I asked herwhy and explained that the information was not what the doctor sent. The woman proceeded to ignore me even when I tried to show her the text message the pharmacy sent to my phone about the prescription being filled and ready for pickup. Luckily the other pharmacist/tech on shift came to my aid to correctwhat the issue was with my prescription (which was not at all related to what the first woman said). Overall, I'm very displeased with the rude unprofessional, and lazy attitude of the 1st Woman,plus the way she handled collecting my information can cross into a HIPAA violation.

Observed a couple a man and a woman alongside a baby carriage while shopping sitting on the ledge of the fish display items inside where the store places fish to sell. Aghast I simply stared at them, the workers in the store ignored them, no reprimand I will not shop there again. Ghetto mentality nastiness of course Black or Hispanic which they happened to be, in this instance. It has nothing to do with race or nationality they just happened to be of the minority people. Sorry notifying the manager of the store and the Department of Hygiene for an inspection. Gee I have to to check my fish to see whether it smells like a** or farts. I should have taken a picture from a distance disgusting!

When it comes to organization, this place sucks. They should have a separate line or counter for purchasing metro cards. Be prepared to wait at least ten minutes on line just to purchase one. Definitely has made me late for the bus countless times. They only have one person working behind the customer service counter and they take their slow time. It's obvious that some employees have no sympathy for customers and their time. Ridiculous!

Inside Stop and Shop. Takes most insurance. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fairly quick at filling persciptions.

This Stop & Shop location is greatly located. The overall place in general is very clean and staff is friendly. The prices were a tab high but with coupons and savings you can really say a lot. Recommended for most shopping needs.
