This jewelry store is the best. I have a piece of jewelry with pearls and gold and the gold part broke and I went to every jewelry store on Fordham Road and they all turned me down, rejected me saying they can’t fix the gold part because the pearl was going to get messed up and it was a headache, but Steven’s jewelry came like a knight in shining armor and came through and did it and now my peace damar the pearls and gold piece I have is fix they are number one they are the best check them out

Brought in four watches (at two different times) for new batteries and new pins recently. Excellent Customer Service and fairly priced for the work that was done. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back again in the future.

I've been looking for a jeweler for a while that can fix jewelry on site.This used to be Adam's jewelry and they were pretty good back in the Days. I decided to try him out since he had on site service. I needed a bracelet fixed a diamond rose gold bracelet as well and gold hoop earrings. Mr. Stephens took care of all 3 in 30 minutes while I waited. He did a beautiful job and I was very happy and surprised at the efficiency of fixing the jewelry on site. Thank you soooo much! I will definitely be returning. They were very polite and understanding with my concerns.

I went to hock my jewelry & was very dissatisfied with the price he gave me. I came in with 18kt gold pieces and he first quoted $2k. When I told him I’m going to another jeweler to see how much, he severely understated the price!!!other jewelry place told me $3,200. Not a good place to trade in your jewelry for cash.
