Workers here are so rude for what? I went in to fix my e-sim issue along with other things, these people told me they can’t help in store and call 611 when I kept telling them I was told to come in store to fix my issue. They kept cutting me off to tell me they can’t help me. I got so frustrated and went to another nearby T-mobile AND GUESS WHAT they fixed it within 20 mins. Bffr!!! I know employees can have rough days but to straight up not even listen to my issues & talking over me to tell me the issue isn’t fixable is another level of rudeness. Do better!

After calling first to verify stock, I was able to walk in, purchase my device and walk out relatively quickly. A great shop. The manager is very attentive and actively works to ensure every customers needs are met.

The staff have no idea what they're doing. I went to get the new iPhone 15 and was thrown out of the store because I didn't want to buy extras. The manager wanted to argue with me about everything as even as to why I wanted to get the phone in the first place.

Walked in saw the manager and 2 other staff members were there to which all seen me walk in and not one greeted or acknowledged me. Took about 15 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. After explaining my issue to a staff member she then proceeded to say she didn’t know how to help me, that I have to come back later in the day for someone else who could assist me. (There should be steps in place for employees who are not fully knowledgeable for their position. It’s ridiculous to have to schedule my time to be better helped by anyone who actually knows how to do anything when there is plenty of ppl there including the manager!) It seems that every time I come in to this place they are NEVER professional or seem to know what they are doing.Also for whom ever responds to these negative comments… instead of apologizing to the customers with negative reviews they should focus on their staff and better training and actually prove to costumers that they want a change for the better not just feed lip service!

Bri was really a great help. She helped me and answered any and every question I had. She kept me laughing the whole time I was there. If you need anything from T-Mobile you have to go to her for sure. I definitely give this location a 10 for sure!! ??

Brianna was excellent, I came in the store and she was very patient with me, she has a wonderful personality, very friendly, welcoming, and displays great customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly with my purchase!!!

Don’t go here. The representatives are clueless on what to do. I came in store around June explaining I lost my phone and I need a phone asap because I need my phone for work. All they did was upgrade me and leave me with a messy $200 phone bill. It’s already been 2 months and I have to clean up their mistakes because they don’t know what they’re doing. I should’ve known from the moment I saw his shirt was inside out and tried to make me follow him on Instagram.
