Poor customer service, I ordered sneakers online to be shipped to this store and I havent heard anything and when I try to call they haven't picked the phone once in 4 days so now I have to make a trip to see if my order arrived there...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

POOR CUSTOMER. I waited 10 mins in the front of the store before I had to yell and ask for help. The female looked at me, waved and never came to the the area I was in. I walked out the store. Luckily I'm not a thief because I could of has several things.

The allow people to use several stolen cards at this location. Don't bother to ID anybody who is using multiple cards. It's a shame. When I spoke with a manager I was told that after 2 cards they ask for people's ID. Which is a lie. I explained to him and showed him that this person that stole my wallet used 4 of my cards.

Your Hub location in the Bronx, NY. Terrible service, remind your employees they’re at work when a customer comes in. We spend a lot of money in your store. My daughter loves this store but after today’s experience I’m sure we won’t be back. She’s the greeter at the front with a nasty attitude. It’s evident that I can purchase directly from Nike or the manufacturer; trying to support local business but if your staff is unprofessional then it’s no way I’m supporting or paying my hard earned money to ANY company with poor customer and young staff members who terrible attitudes. We bring so much business to your Bronx and Manhattan locations and I almost filled your Third Ave “Hub” location today with shoppers but after the experience I rather not. Be mindful and professional please. It could literately make or break a local business.

The store is limited in a lot of ways. 1 the staff takes their time and are not professional. 2 the staff is accusatory over the silliest of things. The sales associate I saw today accused me of using a waterproofer and trying to return it. I brought two cans one. Branded Crep the other Snipes brand. No where does it mention that sales are final for these products on the receipt or item. So when asking if it can be returned she said no because I used it after hearing me say I needed to know which one works best. Which only required web search not usage of the product so the accusation is absurd. The short sales associate with the long braids. The only reason I stopped by to attempt to take it back is because I had a similar item to return at Footlocker which was done without incident.
