I just went in this store about 20 Minutes ago looking for human hair for box braids. I left my bag in the front . I decided to look at wigs instead.i asked for a different color. When I remembered what was in my bag. I went to front to get my bag upon arriving back to wig section I was accused by staff member of stealing an old gray wig meant for a grandma or something. It took the customer who had the wig to make her apologize. I was accused of stealing based on my appearance and race. I will never spend another dime in here

I have always passed by this store and never had the time to visit until today. It's a big spacious store, however there were some empty shelves without products. And with all the space that the store had the hair that they were selling was in limited supply and too expensive in comparison to the stores along Fordham Road. I purchased hair dye at this location and to my dismay I saw the same product for $2 less at a Family Dollar. This location doesn't give money back and will only exchange items within 7 days. I will say that you can shop in peace without someone breathing down your neck asking if they can help you every five minutes acting as if you're looking to steal stuff. I doubt that I will be at this location the next time I'm in the neighborhood.

Place operated better when they were a little hole in the wall spot. If your sign specifies that you close at 8pm then your doors should not be locked at 7:50pm!!! If you do not want to work the full operations hours then find something else to do somewhere else. That is not good for business and if your business does not thrive then employees cannot be paid which results in failure.
