They have a new selection of shoes, and the selection is really nice. Nice clean place, not noisy like most of the stores on Fordham Rd. The shoes, sneakers, and boots are very comfortable as they are suppose to be.

Horrible customer service.. its like they dont care about sales... or customers... you ask them to find you a shoe size inside they say oh this is only we have... they dont even bother to look up or at least show if we can buy it online...
I gor 4 kids and i was buying 8 pairs twice each year.. now i wont buy from skechers.

I came for 2 pairs and left with 4 because Carlos & Stephanie where both phenomenal with customer service being very kind, informative & customer friendly making recommendations & even making sure i felt comfortable with my purchases letting me try the shoes on & walk around the store to ensure expected quality & comfort is met so overall great experience 5 STARS!

I BOUGHT 3 PAIRS OF SKETCHERS BOOTS IN 1.5 YEARS AT FIRST THEY WERE OK. THEN 2PAIRS I GOT BIG HOLES IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BOOTS. AND THE LAST PAIR THE TOP SEPERATED FROM THE BOTTOM. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER PAIR. THEY ARE REALLY GARBAGE ?️ ?️

Ordered store pickup after I tried the shoes on because online you get % off for in-store pickup. They said I have to come back tomorrow to get the shoes because it's not in their system but I can cancel my order & buy the shoe full price.
