This family business has a remarkable way of gently walking people through emotionally charged, difficult times. The team strives to ensure that you are supported from beginning to end and that you are happy/ comfortable with every detail. Their facilities are a clear standout in comparison to traditional funeral homes and their staff is incredible, no matter who you interact with. I cannot say enough about how amazing John, Frank and the team are. I feel so blessed to have had Sisto's on our side for the planning of my father's services. They are a literal God send in every sense. Thank you all so much for everything, you have no idea how appreciative I am of you.

Sisto Funeral Home, is the epitome of professionalism. After the death of my stepfather, we immediately went to Sisto Funeral Home, to handle the cremation and the purchase of the urn. It was a seamless process. John Sisto was amazing! My mom and I felt very cared for, in this difficult time. Thank you, for the extra care, you gave my son… he appreciates it so much.??♥️

WHAT A DISGRACE.
First of all I have never been more disrespected a by a funeral home in my entire life. My family and I among a plethora of vehicles already in a funeral procession were rudely and abruptly stopped by two employees. One looked like your standard Bronx Italian funeral employee. The other one who I will never forget had girlish blonde in his hair and was a Clay Aiken look a like. Now if anyone should understand not to interrupt a funeral procession it’s these men. And I use that term loosely. However, The Italian “gentleman” stopped our funeral procession and started his own leaving half of the funeral behind and confused. When confronted on why he would do such a thing He stated…”you’re all going to the same place anyway”. But we were not. Half the group followed the wrong funeral and went to the wrong place, missing the ceremony. I was furious. On a day of such grief (5/31/24) & the Audacity of this Puny Clay Aiken look a like who was screaming at multiple cars “come get at me “. I was with my
Wife and kids, and it still took every bone in me to hold back. I didn’t want to ruin a sacred day by getting my hands dirty with some low-life scumbag. If I would have knew the aftermath, Clay Aiken would have been singing a different tune. What a classless act. The nerve. How dare you. You might as well send those guys to work at Dirty Ortiz funeral home where they mix up the bodies. If you want a real funeral home and not these class less, selfish, dirty place Forever After in the Bronx is great. You disrespected my family on a very sad day. I will never forget it & this is not over.

Words can’t even describe the amount of emotions and feelings I have today! When I mean I highly recommend this place to anyone that has a loved one and wants the best services for them. Well this is the place for it. The cleanliness, care, love & respect they have shown my late aunt/mom, my family & I is just to perfection. Sisto Funeral Home delivers excellent services which was evident from the initial phone call with John Sisto to the execution of our mother's services. Thank you for making the funeral arrangement process easy for our family during a very difficult time. You made us feel comfortable! We were impressed with your professionalism and thoroughness throughout the conversations. Sisto clearly understood how our family wanted to say goodbye to Gloria Miranda (our beloved Mother and Grandmother). Our family felt at ease and a sense of relief knowing that everything was going to go smoothly because of the experience and reliability of Sisto Funeral Home. The day of the burial went exactly as planned and the staff (which consists of family members as well as tenured ushers) were courteous, respectful, and professional to our family and friends. Sisto funeral home did an amazing job with my grandmothers wake and funeral. Everything was perfect and seamless. They made it feel as if they were there for our family the entire time and there was no added stress during such a difficult time. My brother and I had our Mom’s wake here earlier this month. From the moment we walked in Ralph was compassionate and professional. He carried us through the entire process from making the arrangements to the burial with ease. The entire staff at Sisto were caring and treated our entire family and friends with class and respect. I highly recommend Sisto. They also did an amazing job with Mom’s preparations. Everyone commented on how beautiful our Mom looked as she was laid to rest. Thank you to the entire staff at Sisto. My family and I are forever grateful.
