I had an excellent experience at this pharmacy. The staff members were knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist me. Their service was prompt, and they took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team including Jessica. Best pharmacy I have used in years. Very professional, patient, friendly and are always able to get prescriptions filled quickly. They also have free delivery! Jessica, Sasha and AP are all very helpful/great customer service. Very happy with Sinai RX.

Pharmacists play a vital role in healthcare by ensuring the safe and appropriate use of medications. In fulfilling their professional responsibilities, it is crucial for pharmacists to actively listen to the needs and concerns of their clients. By attentively listening, a pharmacist can gain valuable insights into the unique health conditions and preferences of each individual, fostering a personalized and patient-centered approach to care. However, the pharmacist that was on the phone with me was very rude and disrespectful. He was asked to listen to me so he understand what I really need for my patient specifically the medication dosis but he never stopped taking and repeating only focusing his comments that I needed to male sure the medication has to be approved by the insurance. Ultimately, he hanged off the phone on me when I asked him if he can listen to me so he understand what is the doctor’s plan with the new medication. This pharmacy needs real professional no an unprofessional business man that is only focused on money.

Initially they didn't have my RX bc of backorder. I called and discussed the urgency because of my upcoming appointment. They delivered to me almost an hour away with great communication/photos of delivery! They are very professional and efficient. I will use again.

The pharmacy goes above and beyond to meet and accommodate customers’s/patients’s needs. I have had several issues with my current insurance and it’s always a relief when the staff handles prior authorizations, communicating with my physicians, etc… the pharmacy also calls when there are refills and set up deliveries for medications. Suffering from chronic illnesses such as migraines and asthma can get frustrating when ppl don’t do their job. Jessica always takes care of me but all of the staff at Sinai Pharmacy are just as professional and as attentive as she is! You are in great hands with Sinai! Thanks Jessica!

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. I call to get my daughter medicine and they ignore my call every single time. I’ve had to call from a private number or a family’s member number in order to get my call answered. The driver is good tho thats why you get 1 star.
