I've been going to this pharmacy since they were at their other location across the street. I've never had any problems with them nor any complaints about the people who work there or the service.

There is a person from the staff who bothers to speak Spanish and is very rude to customers, she is curt and rude. This pharmacy says that it has shipments and it is false, in addition to the fact that they do not even call customers to find out that the medicines are ready, it bothers them that they ask.

Friendly personal service. Staff helpful and courteous. Not that big chain store pharmacy feeling. It is a classic Bronx pharmacy.

Would highly recommend, my medicine was in stock and ready when I walked in. Friendly staff and found everything that I needed. Convenient for commuting if you don’t have a car.

Do not use this pharmacy. Every time I call here the person who answers the phone is extremely rude!! You can’t even call to give them a patient update. Very bad attitude from the staff. Take your business elsewhere because they must not need it!

Horrible the worst experience needs better customer service the pharmacist is scared of his employees they are unprofessional needs to close down, no respect for customers , the appearance with personal is disgusting, professionalism is definitely out the window with staff they should take some customer service courses one on one to learn how to treat people and have some type of empathy , Better Business Bureau will know about them,NEVER ?? it's a shame I have lived in the neighborhood for 45 years Simelson was my pharmacy for 45 years. of course there have been changes in regard to employees I can understand that but attitude is totally another story. Unfortunately I had to switch to Rite Aid. I tried I really tried they were my pharmacy. When I was a little girl and cut myself my neighborhood pharmacy cleaned it and put a band aide. I wanted to support my neighborhood pharmacy so I kept dealing with the incompetence now working at Simelsons. Not only incompetent but rude. I recently, after two trips, was owed medicine and was told since I did not have the slip I just had to wait 45 minutes as if I were a child. I am a seventy year old senior citizen. I gave up. My insurance company Emblem paid them a while ago should I not have my medicine. I have brain seizures my Dilantin is imperative to my survival 3 trips today I was able to finally pick up my 5 remaining Dilantin tablets. Rite Aid here I come.

Everytime I went to Simelson's Square Pharmacy I had to check my medications because it was missing and I had to say the doctor prescribed more meds and they would say oh yeah or they would say they never received it and to call your doctor because they Don’t have time to call and had a long day. My doctor had confirmation in his computer with the time that they received it. My doctor advise me since this was an ongoing situation to switch pharmacies. The staff is unprofessional Lazy roaming around the pharmacy or in front smoking cigarettes and are very rude to the customers. I witnessed the staff talking to others customs just as rudely.If you want peace of mind to make sure you get all your medication and great service DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY !!!!!!!!!!

I had a very bad experience here after switching from Walgreens. This pharmacy was not clean. I seen a waterbug on the ceiling one day while waiting for my medication. There's always a long wait for medications to be in stock. The staff is always rude over the phone. This place seriously needs some new management.

They all have attitude in the back for what reason I don't know I was only with for 2 weeks I had to change cause they never had my medicine and they don't want to work all they care is eating don't go to this one please they are the worst

I am on a medication in which I get a refill every week. Every single time I go there, there's a problem. Every time I call (you have to call in your prescription before you pick it up), I am met with an attitude. I hate it.
