Gerard and his team did an amazing job packing up and moving my apartment to storage! It’s not the cheapest service but well worth the money for peace of mind and amazing work. Would highly recommend Shleppers!

Repeat customer here. This is now the second time I’ve hired Shleppers to help with a move and they didn’t disappoint. I used them once 5 years back, and both experiences exceeded my expectations. They came highly recommended, I can see why. I feel the pricing was reasonable and within my budget. Everything was moved into our new home without any incidents. Both Friz and Jason were great and took care of everything. Definitely a five-star moving experience.

The guys were great! I had a very last minute move that needed to be done on a 3 bedroom house. I feel like communication was never an issue with these guys. The customer service was on point and everyone was super reliable. Overall I feel I had a good experience. Thank you guys again.

The movers were great and a pleasure to work with! They did a video consultation to give us an estimate of the move before it was done. The day of, they showed up on time, worked very hard and didn’t stop until the move was done. I feel they were hard working and provided a very reliable moving service. I would absolutely recommend Shleppers and will probably use them again in the future.

Bob and his crew were great – we hired them to move some furniture out of the city, and they were careful, helped package some last items, and everything arrived safe and with no damages. We'd absolutely work with them again!

Shleppers failed to provide the quality moving service and professional services paid for.
I recently moved using Shleppers and multiple of my items were broken or damaged. I understand some things will inevitably break in a move but my brand new $1,600 TV was broken because they failed to properly pack it. The service I paid for included Shleppers packing the TV in a box, my expectation for this is a padded tv box like other companies provide. They however wrapped it in an extra cardboard box and called it a day. It looked like they rammed it into a pole. It won’t even turn on. They will offer me 30 cents per pound. For a brand new TV they CARELESSLY broke.
The other notable item they broke was my dresser. As they were moving it in, the mover was holding it by its legs and the legs snapped off. Well of course they snapped off! In what world would you hold a dresser by its legs? I would have expected more from a “quality” “professional” service.
I’ve used Shleppers twice and recommended them multiple times, but will no longer.

Shortly before the video consultation to confirm what was needed for the job and two days before the move they cancelled out of nowhere. I provided specific measurements, details and even a video of the rooftop furniture that I needed to get packed and moved. Two days before the move, they asked to send an on site appraiser to evaluate the job and confirm the quote. I offered two days of availability for them to send an on site appraiser to review whether my table's legs would require an additional fee to be serviced. When I spoke to the office then scheduled me instead for a video consultation. Shortly before that, they simply cancelled everything including the video call. Now, I'm scrambling to replace them in 24hrs.

We hired Shleppers to move my aunt's things from her studio apartment in midtown Manhattan to a storage facility across the river. The Schleppers team was prompt (came early), did thorough job of inspecting the items, and then proceeded to kick some serious butt. They wrapped all the furniture, navigated the freight elevator and basement steps, and everything arrived as it should. When we had an issue at the moving facility they were super helpful and arranged for us to store our items overnight until we could get them into the facility the next morning. Amazing! Highly recommend them.

The employees are animals who have never been in nice homes and the owners are incompetent crooks, incapable of planning and executing a move. They cost me $35,000 worth of damage by throwing things around, when they had charged me for crating which they never did.

Schleppers was amazing! We had Josue and his team, and they were the best! My move was very last-minute and I had a LOT to move. The guys were very accommodating, they provided extra boxes for last-minute items, they set up my bed for me, were careful with my stuff, and were a delight to work with. Can't recommend them enough!

They quit on the job. Booked for 3 days of unpacking, they walked off after 1 1/2 days, without advising us, and left us with close to 200 boxes unpacked. We had pre-paid the move. We paid almost $30,000. They offered us $75 back after 2 months of consideration. Appalling.

Schleppers came recommended by a friend and we had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Nick was very helpful with the virtual tour, which was a quick and easy process. The quote was fast and competitive, and communication throughout the process leading up to the move was on point. On moving day, communication was excellent and the crew led by Ernesto did a wonderful job - they were friendly, efficient, professional, and got all of our stuff in, out, and reassembled in a timely manner with no casualties. Highly recommended!
