“This store has amazing customer service! We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“This was my first experience sending a barrel down for friends/family. After some research of finding a shipping company I came across Dennis shipping (Bronx location). I requested a pick up online,and received a call the next morning to select a pick up date. I went to the location to pick up two barrels, and the staff were polite.The two guys who picked up the barrels was pleasant as well (remember to tip them whatever you can spare). Overall my experience was pretty good. I called to follow up on arrival time and they said 2 weeks to get to Kingston and it definitely arrived on time. My friends/family picked up a few days after arriving at the Wharf. Most importantly it was affordable to send, customer service was good,and nothing came up short. I will use Dennis again.I recommend.”
“I use Luciano shipping some years. My things get there fast and nothing gets touch. I recommend Luciano. Sometimes they delay if there is snow or rain . But como early next day. My neighbor b family use them and vegano ..but I don't trust vegano as much.bmy husband prefer vegano to sent to Santiago. “Postnet is a life saver. It takes Fed ex and UPS packages. For a $1.00 , it'll take USPS packages. The lines can be long, the service is quick and friendly. They take passport photos.”

Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”

“I love the staff like family and 5 stars aren't enough. I wish people would realize how difficult the year has been for the workers and appreciate their dedication to our community. From October through December they deal with an incredible number of packages. In January they are extremely busy shipping Holiday returns but... in 2020, the pandemic hit and online orders skyrocketed causing them to work at a holiday pace ALL YEAR LONG! Some patrons complain when they show up and the doors are closed but that's only when they are short staffed and the only workers use the time for the lunch break they are entitled to. There's always a sign letting you know what time the doors will open again. If you show up, share a smile and a word of encouragement. They're wonderful people with friendly personalities.”

A good part of the customers were older folks that needed assistance with understanding using their mobile apps. Chasity was awesome and very attentive and patient with her customers.
