This is my go to for my Dunkin Coffee rush...The food is okay. I'm still trying to pick my favorite Dunkin meal. However, the coffee is ALWAYS a hit. My drink right now is Butter Pecan four pumps with Oatmilk depending on my mood it's either hot or cold. The service is always fast and friendly. This spot it order and go. This Dunkin' Donuts is completely weird and disgusting there's this one worker that always lies about the card machine not working and only says cash I asked the other worker if the card machine ever broke he said no and I told him how this other worker always lies about the card machine not working and always in cash he told me to not listen to him and just put your card inside the machine because he always lies about it. One time I ordered a iced coffee and I see on the top of it a big circle of bubbles which look like spit and I was so disgusted I had enough of it the workers is very weird but other than that the other workers are just fine it's just this one work it out always lies and I'm just so frustrated with him.

I went to pump gas with a Fuel Rewards program card and the gas station employee confused the rewards card with a credit card. I had a hard time trying to explain him how the program works. I felt like I was talking to a wall , he was repeating how much money I want to pump, the person was clueless, not mention that I couldn't understand his " English". I asked him for help at the gas pump and his answer was, go and try again, at this point it is fair to say that he not only was clueless, he was also useless. There is only a maximum of $ 20.00 to pump with that card, again he had no idea was he was looking at, very frustrating experience dealing with a clueless person.

Some employees here are very nice giving free donuts, but others are incredibly rude. Terrible attitude towards the customers and are constantly condescending. My brother went to this location to pick up an order for my mom with DD on the go. He didn't know it was already paid for and swiped with my mom's card. When the transaction showed up my mom told my brother to go ask for her money back since she paid twice. When he asked she told him we can't give you your money back no matter what, he called my mom and told her what happened and she said ask for something equal value. She said we can give you 2 donuts to make up for it. Which didn't amount to how much we spent, my brother took the donuts, when she handed him the donuts she told him "maybe it was your fault" with a smile. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
