Had my iPhone screen replaced on 10.26 everything seemed fine, every week my screen seemed to become more and more glitchy. Now it is almost completely unresponsive, and has a ghost touch. Called apple support there is not diagnostic issues so it has to be screen. I'll go tomorrow to see if they can assist. If they can ill delete review. The folks were nice and quick with repair but all that is irrelevant if my 1000 dollar phone is not performing at all.

i went to buy a sim card guy refused to give me my same number i had to wait a couple minutes and then he said okay he was going to transfer my number no the new sim with no problem. then he said it would be activated then i called the company told me that my service was not available because the guy at the dealer store did not fully activate my sim card. called him. twice he disappointed me when he said he was goin to fix it and i fixed it on my own calling customer service

They lied to me that the lg phone I bought there was internationally unlocked but it’s not. I took it to Africa and it’s not working and I kept calling them, they refused to pick up.

They sell nice phones but the issues is that opens box all their phones so when you buy it make sure you get all the pieces with you before leaving the store

This place should get no stars. I went to purchase a screen protector ($15) and a phone case ($10). I only had 20 cash and asked if he could give both for $20, he said no so I asked if the store took debit as a payment option and he said yes (only $20 or more) so I paid with debit. As I looked at the receipt, he charged me $34.62. I told him he over charged me and he said the case was $15. I told him no, you just said $10 which is why I tried to see if you'd sell it for $5 so I could pay with my cash. Then he gave me $3.00 back and so I said that he owed me more back. He said the tax was 8.???% but tax isn't $7 on the charge of what should of been $25. He then refunded me the total amount and refused to re-sell me the items for the right amount and actually got mad....mad for robbing me?! I wont ever buy from here again.

I was told the phone i bought was 64 gb and when i get home on the back the sticker says 34gb. They sell refurbished phone saying thet are brand new when you can clearly see some phones have scratch marks around the charge ports. I was sold a s7 edge rosegold and the button was alittle bit off. I went to tmobile and they said it was replaced. I went to the store and they acted like they didnt know. They didnt want to return my money becaise she said it was store policy. On ththe reciept it clearly says no cash or credit returns after 7 days. The worst psrt is I tell the person you sold me a phone telling me it was 64 bg and she looled left and right and sarcastically said"who said ever said that?" I was given a chrome s7 edge as replacement. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
