Serenity did a fabulous job moving my collected possessions from 32 years during the pandemic and storing them for 3 years. When I have needed help sprinting through boxed and downsizing my storage there, its staff has been available and helpful. And when I experienced a medical issue after a day of sorting in 95 degree heat, its warehouse manager (a former US army medical technician) provided knowledgeable support. Thanks, Serenity! We were referred to Maxwell by our designer. We required a company to come, pack our apartment, move some items to storage, and dispose of other items. All of this took a lot of back and forth, as our request kept changing. Through this process Maxwell was always communicative and quick with his response. He was clear and happy to accommodate our changes. The day of the move the team arrived early to do a walk through of the place and began packing right on time. Moving is a stressful process, but working with Maxwell made it all easier. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Amazing moving company! We had our belongings delivered by them during our move from CA to NY via their sister company CA NY Express Movers. They were so quick and professional that the building staff asked who the company was so they could refer them to future tenants.

I paid $400 a month for storage during my renovation. When I get my stuff back, there were many things missing, like a much-beloved coffee-table book on Keith Haring. Always in a move, things break, but I have moved at least 10 times while living in New York, and I have never had nearly so much breakage as I did here. NOT recommended.

Maxwell and the moving crew were PHENOMENAL! Moving is jarring, and they were true to their name, "Serenity Movers". I can't recommend them strongly enough. I've moved 6 times in the last 10 years, and this was (by far!) the easiest, smoothest move to date. I will be using them again in the future.Thank you, Maxwell and team! Appreciate you!
