I will preface by saying, Sears Home Services does not disappoint. Louie D and as previous technicians have been pleasant to deal with and most knowledgeable in servicing my washer. I like the tips shared to keep my machine functioning at its best. Thank you Louie D for a great visit and putting me at ease about my old washer.

He came to give me a tip on not to use an extention cord which I have been using for 24 years my air conditioner are 12.5 btu
He didn't open my front case or look inside at the compressors. I need to call for a refund for nothing was investigate.

Louis arrived on time and was very courteous and understanding. He provided helpful information as to why my frig was experiencing the problems I was concerned with. He also gave tips as to what I could do to minimize the problems from reoccurring in the future. Thank you Louis and Sears!!

Technician came more than 3 times trying to fix my refrigerator. Yesterday was last time, technician said we should let the unit to start cooling in 24hrs. Fridge still not working. Now starting smell bad. Definitely I need the unit to be replaced soon. I can’t prepare meals!
