I used to like going here. But this week alone the machine ate a portion of my money and then I go back the next day to complete the deposit and there's a man laid out on the floor in the lobby. Wasn't sure if he was comatose or if it was just a tired migrant. I didn't feel safe doing my business. Please address these problems.

Worst branch ever. I went there to open an account and one of the tellers told me, they weren’t opening new accounts until next year. She basically told me to go to another bank and open an account there. I’ll be reporting her a$$.

Absolutely terrible branch. Closed an account of someone close to me at there discretion and offered no explanation as to why they did. To make matters worse, they talked down to me when I was in the branch with a sense of entitlement and superiority. Do not bank with Santander if you want your money safe, and DEFINITELY do not visit this branch.

This location is brand new and closer to my home so I was excited when it opened, but on the two occasions that I've been there my experience has been terrible and they're both with the same teller. She has an attitude not suitable for business and she is not honest if you ask me. I'm rating based on my experience with her.

New location. Everything is new and updated and you can almost still smell the paint. Very modern and bright and easy to spot with a bright red awning logo of the bank. Nice addition in the neighborhood.
