Called and spoke with Trevor on the phone. He was unable to assist me and didn’t even try to get the information that I needed. In fact, he recommended that I go to Citi Bank since I mentioned that they have the service that I needed. Very strange experience. The Santander branch on 161 is much more helpful, I would go there.

Absolutely worst branch. All they do is say that there are no appointments for the day but there are no bankers to open accounts and there is no attempt to open new business. Looks like a ghost town in my opinion

Terrible branch. The people there do not wish to help you even though there aren’t any people taking care of customers, the bankers are not there and the “tellers” just sit behind the glass making jokes and laughing instead of actually doing their jobs. Definitely would recommend a change in staff at this branch.

Absolutely worse. I went in to open a Business Checking for my newly formed LLC. The branch "manager" gave me the runarounds on why he didn't want to open the account (you don't have any revenue, no website, etc) even though I had my Operating Agreement, receipt from the State that my LLC was formed, etc. I left and went to a Manhattan branch and no problem. I was able to open a business checking account. So clearly this "manager" was just being hard to deal with it. Guess the "manager" didn't want to do all the paperwork needed to open a business account? I am completely shocked at my experience.

I have had wonderful experiences each time I step into this bank branch right from the very first day I opened my account, very nice team.. Kenny went an extra mile get me understand all their packages and oh there is Trevor cool dude.They are always happy, warm and very proffessional, they just make you want to drop by more often..I wish all other banks in the city treated their customers like they do at the Hub.. Great work guys. Keep it up.

This is by far the worse bank I've ever been associated with. Their customer service is the worse. They do the least possible to resolve your issues. I deposited a $5,000 check which was in my wife's name. The check was flagged for fraud. They called me into the bank. I went with my wife and she said the check was legit. They wanted her IDs. She showed her pictured benefits card and the NYCID, both which are accepted in all check cashing locations. The bank however did not accept it. They told me that it would be easier for me to approve the check to be sent back to the maker to re-issue another check.

Its the worse !!!! Went to open an account i waited 3hr then they tell me there closing. I went again a week later and it was another wait but you know what its so much i can write that its not worth it !!!!! Oh and now i cant activate my debit card so i have no money on me.. Closing this account very soon!!!!😡😡
