Disgusting attitude! Your only job is to sit on a chair and count money and give it to the customer and deposit checks! There's only one teller open with 5 people on the line while there are two gossiping and watching the line pile up. I don’t understand how someone can clock in and just be inconvenient to their customers.

Horrible Staff. The male teller is the only that works while the front end manager observes and gives orders regarding things she does not know what she is speaking about but does not help customers waiting online for over 15 minutes. This branch needs new staff that wants to work. Telling people to go the machine then why does she need a job? She don't.

Need to educate and update your staff about procedures especially when you're telling the wrong information.Got a letter in the mail to call branch or walk in person to update my business contact/files, and etc. Spoke to someone who "supposedly" did it just to have my card blocked. Called again wouldn't help told me I'd need to come in person. I eventually called a rep who eventually found me a branch who helped me clear the block off my account after submitting some personal details to his email address.This left a very sour taste in my mouth so I'll be shortly just removing all my money and closing the account. Personal skills are SUPREMELY LACKING and KNOWLEDGE. The knowledge of the procedures at the bank they work at are even worst.Good Riddance.

I am very disappointed, I have been with this bank more than 25 years. But from last 2 years every time my experience is horrible. Personal bankers are the worst one, they have the biggest attitude, act like they are doing you a favor. They don’t even maintain any time when you make an appointment.

RJ Lopez is extremely unprofessional and does not care about convenience when it comes to making any type of transaction in the bank. Seems undertrained and does not know what to do most the time and treats customers with little respect. This bank is slowly going downhill with hiring unprofessional people who are not trained to do basic transactions at the bank.

They changed the team working at Santander East Avenue you bank Parkchester. They have coffee available on Friday. The staff is very very friendly. There are services at this bank we were never made aware of they are assisting customers, smiling, approachable. There credit card gives cash back. It’s great… The staff, Denise, Sonya, Matos are exceptional. Nia the star teller is very helpful and polite. They keep you abreast of new features like credit cards, loans, and explain fast about how check deposits availability work. You gotta go there.. tell your friends … the ATM is awesome you select big bills or fewest bills for withdrawal.

Don't go there!! I had extremely bad experiences with this branch!! I had a closing and needed to do a wire transfer. So I went to the bank thinking I can walk in and someone can help me out as I have been their client for a long time. I walked in around 10am and the person told me they cant help me with this at that moment as I didn't have an appointment with them. I explained him that I was informed about the wire transfer just right before the closing and my closing is at 11am the same day. He said they don't have anyone to help me out and he was very rude as well. He said in a very annoying voice, " look around do we have anyone else to help you with this?" (he was standing right there doing nothing when he could have helped me with this) furthermore he suggested me to go to a different branch (which I did go later on as I didn't have anything else to do). I believe the person was the manager (not sure if he was the manager or not but his name was Nestor). Mind you this was early in the morning and there was only one more client besides me who was being taken care by another employee. I know it doesn't take huge amount of time to do a wire transfer and I also know the amount I wanted to wire needed someone who has the authority to make a big amount of wire transaction. Anyway long story short I had to go to a different location and wait for that branch manager to help me with the wire transaction (that manager from the second branch was very patient and helped me with this).This isn't the first time. I had other horrific experiences with this specific person (from this location). Once he asked me looking into my transactions, "why do you get ***(certain amount) amount from IRS??". I was astonished and couldn't say anything besides thinking why would he ask me that. It's non of his business of knowing why do I get what I get. What type of foolishness this is!!!I don't like this bank at all and they are not helpful at times when I need them, they can make life quite complicated when it's possible to take care of things right away. Sorry for this long paragraph but I think people need to see this before they go ahead and open account with this bank. I will def move to chase bank or some other bank because I can't take this horrible unprofessional customer service anymore.

Santander Bank is great bank to bank at. They practice social distance, each customer use hand sanitizer before approaching the teller window, which helps to control the spread of the Covid. Pleasant atmosphere when it comes to banking there.Hats off to Santander Bank!!?

I know they're open. I've called 3 times today because THEY locked me out of my online banking account and I was told to call to regain access to MY account. Why don't they answer their phone??? (I don't want to have to call.) Not a good sign when this is a recurring complaint in the reviews here. Please bankers, take some pride in your jobs, and do them!

They gave me a $100 fake bill with the money I withdrew and then when I saw it I came back to the bank and told them they said they can’t give it back. My question is so when someone gave you guys this $100 fake bill you guys didn’t notice but you’re quick to say you have good eyes and this never happened. Guess what there’s a first for everything and clearly your eyes aren’t the best.
