Excellent customer service!! The staff were great. Explained everything with detail. They took care of my truck and replaced the windshield. I dropped it off because it was going to be 2 to 3
hours, and they called me within 2½ hours to let me know that it was ready to be picked up. I hope I won't have to replace another window but if I do, I'm going back.

The receptionist was very unpleasant. They took 3 hours to crack the glass they put in. The receptionist found that amusing. I am so happy and grateful I didn't have to return to them.

Rey was very helpful and accommodating. He assisted me with friendliness and knowledge. He scheduled my repair to a date that would best for my schedule.

My glass was shattered by a breaking attempt. Took my car to safelite, I was impressed by the quality of the repair work. Took very long to get the oem glass, but I am very happy with the outcome.

I visited Safelight today and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ray, the Store Manager. His exemplary customer service made all the difference in my experience. I came in feeling anxious about my situation, but Ray’s calm demeanor and professionalism quickly put me at ease. Not once did he say ‘no’ or make me feel like my concerns weren’t valid. Instead, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Amazing service from start to finish! I highly recommend Safelight and Ray for anyone needing assistance.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would!! They don’t communicate, when they do they give you the run around. They’ve missed appointments wasting peoples time. Most incompetent group of people around. Do not use this location!!

They replaced my windshield. I was happy until it started raining, I saw what appears to be mildew or mold stains on windshield that never left . Now I am stuck with an expensive repaired windshield that I could hardly see through.

If I could leave zero Stars I would. They first gave me a date to bring the car in to them at 1108 zerega ave in the Bronx . I took off a days work to be there. Sat there for an hour after they took my keys to find out they didn't have the glass. They then tell me it will be in , In two days I get there on Thursday no glass now they trying to find an OEM they tell me Monday it will be here. Tuesday it will definitely be here Today is Wednesday. I ended up finding my own glass repair shop even found the glass myself at the junkyard. And saved myself a claim on my insurence and only paid $200 for installment and glass. Never again. Safe flight repair safe flight your fake.

This is my 4th time being reschedule,they tell me I will be notified for any updates. Straight lies after lies. How do you run a business like this? Unacceptable. Bronx location should be shut down.
