Horrible service and their customer service is trash, they aren't transparent about nothing you have to keep calling and calling just to get an update about YOUR car they stall so much and when you do get in touch with them they always got some nonsense to say and delay your car for the next day and the next day will turn into 2 weeks DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP they are the worst and their prices? Let's not even get started on that

This is the worse auto shop I ever been, why is it taking more than a month just to fix front bumpers on a Tesla? On top of that the estimate amount is almost 10k when the damages is no where near close to 3000. On top of that I called about my vehicle , told me it was ready for pick up next day, I called next day they told me it was getting detailed we'll call you back. No call. Next day still waiting I call back no answer and no car so now I have to wait 2 more freaking days and also pay for a rental out of pocket. Do not recommend this place at all, especially if you are looking for a quick turnaround!

I just received my 4 year old BMW X5 back from S and T and it looks brand new! It was dinged up badly, to say the least and my driver’s side mirror was broken and hanging on by a thread. It perfect now like right out of the showroom! Great service, great owner, reasonable prices, top quality work! Highly recommend!

Car looks brand new. Chris gave me the same quote I received for work that I wanted done 6 mo ago so Chris will give you a fair and accurate price. Communication with Chris and Arianni were top notch. Will happily bring my other car over for service.

Took my truck here for some work ,they buffed out my decals so I got that replaced but one was crooked. But then I notice paint damage that was not there before, guy told me that the dealership sold me a new truck that has been painted over .now I lost trust in that shop I think some one there did it, very unhappy . They return my truck not paying attention to details no quality check at all shown to my truck it only 3 years old I'm the first owner. Very unhappy customer and I pay cash you would think I be treated better. Update the owner reach out to me told me to bring the truck he look at it and he will fix the problem he very polite great customer service. I'm happy customer I highly recommend this place .

To be completely hones, I was very skeptical about taking my car to this shop only because of it being on third ave. I work on third ave and seen so many repair shops that just look like they do horrible work but not this place. Once I pull up to the actual location I could tell that this shop was different. The building looked nice and everything was organized. The staff was nice and helpful with any questions you might have. I took my car in around Jan 18th and was worried because I had a birthday getaway trip for my girlfriend in the poconos schedule on Feb 9th but they worked hard and fast and I was able to get my car a week before my trip. Everything that was damaged looked brand new. It was Like my car never got hit. Extremely happy with their work and will Deff recommend this place to family and friends. Sorry for the long comment haha!

Kudos to S & T Auto Body, my vehicle was repaired so well that it looked like it came from the Showroom. They are so professional and match your cars color perfectly. Trust me, fix your car at S&T Auto Body and see for yourself.

Absolute amazing service and work. From the beginning, to the end I was constantly informed on the process. The work and service were outstanding, prompt and way beyond what could reasonably be expected. It was an added plus that S & T Auto Body shop is in network with my insurance company. Everything was seamless.

do not come here... they dont know anything about customer service, specially chris. I went in for a quote, and had issues with that, if i had issues with a simple quote i can imagine getting work done here.
