Horrible experience today the place has gone to trash since Mr Kleins passing totally no knowledge of taxes they totally messed mine up have to go to a reputable agency now . DO NOTCGO HERE FOR ANYTHING TAX RELATED YOU WILL BE SORRY

Since Mr. Klein passed away, everything has gone down hill. Kept getting emails to have my taxes done but everytime I called and asked for the woman that had done my taxes for 5 years, they said she had stepped away from area. Kept calling back but never was able to speak to her. Decided to go in person to speak to her and finally was told she no longer works there. They were very rude and nasty. Need to find someone else to do my taxes cause I definitely do not trust anyone at this place.
