Easily one of the best Jewelers in NY!I was constantly ignored and treated like trash by other jewelry companies in NY, like TRAX NYC or AMINOV, 47th ST JEWELERS, or ROCCOS JEWELRY just because I wasn’t spending $100k…BUT THIS JEWELER IS IT! The customer service is TOP NOTCH, I’m 3 hours ahead of NY but they still text me back with pictures and videos of what I was looking for even after it was closing hours! (WHICH LEAD TO ME BUYING)Literally spectacular service all around, from the communication, to the purchasing process, The beautiful quality of their jewelry, also not to mention the amazing PRICES!$$$$$$They even expedited my package, so I was able to have a beautiful anniversary!I couldn’t be happier with my purchase with this phenomenal jewelry company, money and TRUST well spent. With an unfortunate time that came out of nowhere my father in law had passed due to colon cancer. Called up my jeweler and like always he found a solution in less than 24 hours to keep my wife happy and for her to have a keepsake of her father forever. I am so thankful to have my jeweler on speed dial for whatever I may need and whenever I may need it. Thank you Robert!! You guys are the best at what you do. My wife LOVES the keepsake charm!!

I found Roberts through instagram. Originally I was skeptical to purchase from him being that it was an account through instagram but I did look at his shop reviews and they were great. So I decided to give him a try. 10/10 recommended. Not only did he patiently respond to any question or concern, he was extremely friendly and very fast in responding back. Executed my order and shipped it in like 2 days which was insanely fast for what I anticipated. 100% will be doing business again with them. I want to thank you guys once again on being so nice and quick with my order.

ROB is my guy!! I live in Georgia. I reached out to ROB on Instagram inquiring about some earrings and a necklace. From that point, ROB took care of me with what I wanted. Shipping was overnight night. Pricing was better than any jeweler in Georgia, which was awesome. My jewelry I purchased from ROB is straight water!! Thanks ROB you have a customer for life.

If I could give 1000 Stars that still would not give this business the best rating!I originally went to this place to get some jewelry repaired. I ended up buying a Diamond ring & a Diamond bracelet. I went back to get my Cartier Cat bracelet repaired & ended up buying a custom made nameplate. My jewelry came from Monaco! I was in town for a couple of weeks & before I knew it, my jewelry was in the store the day before I was leaving town. I cannot say anything that would make anyone believe me when I say "the owners are outstanding people. They are kind, treat everyone with respect, good hearted & fantastic sales persons. They make you feel like you deserve what you want & should treat yourself to some really gorgeous jewelry pieces. I had a beautiful experience with this place and I will never buy jewelry from anywhere else ever again. I'm going to buy my family each one piece from this place in the coming months.
