idk who the blond lady is in this salon but I specifically told her to not put Relaxer and brought my own shampoo and conditioner for a wash and blow and she snuck in their own shampoo for my hair that has lye in it And didn't neutralize it so now My hairs falling out in CLUMPS if you are natural Don't go to this Salon the women are bitter and they don't listen I even used translate and they still didn't listen

I was in and out in less than an hour at 6pm on a Saturday (without an appointment!). I paid $40 for a roller set and blow out with medium length hair. It’s been over a week and my hair is still in tact. Will be where I get my wash & sets from here on out.

Bakul is professional she does my Brazilian wax, arm pits, brows, lashes… In the past I had a bad experience with wax however, she gave me my trust back by doing a great job…trust me. I never do reviews but she is a 100% recommended ?
