I really don't shop in here, but since the CVS was closed, I had to. The store was clean, a bit gloomy, and not very bright in the store. The aisles were clear, and the shelves were somewhat full. I guess I came when people were just over the day, not very helpful. The guy behind the counter had his earbuds in, not really paying attention. He didn't ask if I were a member of Walgreens' points. I like to collect my points but didn't. The item was cheaper on line then in the store, but he didn't care. He wasn't very helpful at all. I was very disappointed in the service I received. Customer service was taking a break or had the day off today. They were over it, and so was I. I will definitely do a survey about today's service I received.

unprofessional doesn't begin to describe the staff and store as a whole. Every time I visit I see someone ahead of me being denied their medicine or being spoken to in a rude, condescending manner. The shelves are empty, the store is dirty and the staff is so disinterested in being at work they might as well just quit.

The Worst Store in the Bronx NY, the Managers are like animals and they treat you badly and do not give you the service that they should give you as a customer, where money is being spent, where the employees live off what they charge, if the customers who go to that store and they don't buy, then the employees are going to lose their jobs, they have to be more friendly and helpful because if they don't want to work, then they can stay home without a job.

A place where the staff/workers are kind and pleasant. Also, it has a good atmosphere when it comes to friendly people that help you. Plus, the place is safe and secure, so you don't have to worry about any trouble ? or problems, so that makes it perfect ? for shopping with ease and anything else you do here. Lastly, if you are looking for a place with a great pharmacy, this place has friendly people who help you out and care about your health ? ? when it comes to prescriptions and anything else you want as far as your health ? truly amazing ?. So if you are looking for a place to give you hospitality and also a great atmosphere of people who are helpful and kind and care about your health while also a friendly place that good for family and friends this Walgreens is the place for you ? ?

Literally, the worst pharmacy in the entire chain… Person who answers the phone is rude, condescending, and lacks knowledge! He shouldn’t be dealing with the public, and should be fired

Walgreens is generally stocked well with products. Employees can be helpful or indifferent depending on who is working. Store for the most part is clean. Register line can get long at times. The pharmacy people are super nice and very helpful. (For anyone who needs it or wants to carry just in case, you can get free Narcan at the pharmacy you just have to ask.) This is a great thing for this area. Should be in every neighborhood! Prices are fair, sometimes more expensive and sometimes cheaper then other places depending on what you are buying. Over all a decent store.

This is the most unorganized, dirty, understaffed , unprofessional Walgreens I have ever been to...Making appointments is a waste of time and they have the nerve to have an attitude...but only in the hood...remember all money is green

I made an appointment to get my flu shot here and I was told they haven’t taken my insurance in “years” and denied me the services. However, I call my insurance company and they told me all they had to do was submit to the insurance using the rx number and no other document was necessary.

The three star rating is for convenience of location to my house. But this place is anything but convenient when your time is being wasted. Every single time I go to this CVS there is a line wrapped around the store. I can't tell you why the customer service is so slow. Whether it's the worker to customer ratio or because the workers are drained from so much that they have to do during their shift. Two days in a row, I placed an order for pick up and Walgreens told me what time my order would be ready. I arrived hours after for my pick up and my order was still not ready. They have to get it together.

After my experience of not being able to obtains my meds from them, and them not answering the phone, one star because how come no one ever answers the phone here. They were constantly canceling my meds which is not right. At least give an explanation why.

My wife submitted a huge order of photos and they came out horrible! They look like it was taken from a disposable camera but it wasn't. Some photos are blurry and even darker than what they look like when it was taken. Seems to me that the photo tech don't care about the quality of the product. Never again I will be going somewhere else. This is my first and last time printing from this location. DO NOT PRINT HERE!!!!

I made an appointment to get the Covid shot. They confirmed it email me to come in and when I come in they told me oh that's a box we don't give the shots here no more we have to make an appointment in this like two months. Come on bro.

No issues with the pharmacy. But the associates I have had to come across are rude, you can tell they don't want to be there, no helpful at all and just plain rude.
