I have been coming to this Pharmacy Back when it was a Rite aid and I have to say that since Walgreens has taken over the pharmacy staff particularly the female pharmacist, an African American woman is the moat rude and dismissive staff member there. She behaves as if everything is an inconvenience to her. And God forbid you called in and have a question or try to resolve and insurance delay. She refuse to assist you over the phone and will demand that you show up in person only to tell you that she cannot fulfill your order because the item is not in stocks. Why have a call number if you don't actually assist customers over the phone? I'm not sure if she's on some kind of twisted power trip or maybe she just dislikes having to deal with customers and chooses to be difficult but I have seen several people argue with her while waiting at the store to pick up their prescriptions. It's bad enough they never fulfill the orders in a timely manner but to be treated as an inconvenience on top of that is unacceptable.

Service in pharmacy is horrible! Pharmacy hours are extremely limited (closed on Sundays, closed for lunch breaks, numerous random unannounced closures). Wait time for telephone contact is routinely more than 30 minutes.Delivery services are hit or miss. I have missed taking required daily medications for extended periods due to the pharmacy’s inability to process my prescriptions.

This store consistently opens late and closes early. I have been to this store 15-20 minutes before the official close time multiple times and they have their doors locked. One night I needed children's Benadryl for a child that had an allergic reaction and they were closed 15 minutes before (as i see the employees talking behind the register). Unprofessional.

This store feels like it’s going out of business or wants to. It’s been very hard to deal with the pharmacy. They don’t listen to what you say when there’s a problem with insurance and even get nasty on phone calls. Even after they say the script is filled they make you wait, not sure why. If it wasn’t so close to my house I’d definitely find a different location. The cashiers at the front are also kind of rude. They seem bothered that you want them to do their job, it’s weird.

I shopped at this Walgreens location for the first time in a very long time. The checkout clerk was shockingly rude. I usually shop at CVS, where they are proactively friendly and helpful. I won't give my business to Walgreens going forward.

I’ve been a customer of this Walgreens branch for two years and have only positive memories. Pharmacy staff members recognize frequent customers and have positive relationships and attitudes. I wish I had the same service in the pharmacy where I go now.

The store is shamefully dirty. I was told my prescription was ready when it wasn’t. This branch definitely needs a new manager. It is so disheartening to go in there. The dirty appearance makes you wonder about the effectiveness of the pharmacy. They closed the Williamsbridge branch which had the appearance of a much better run and much cleaner store.

I never leave reviews however I am extremely disappointed in how much this pharmacy has changed.1. The staff is not very friendly and uncaring2. The last two times (within a week) drs have sent asthma pump and steroids (extremely high dose) which they should know that I am experiencing difficulty in breathing , they can hear the distress and yet the first time said for me to return in two hrs and the second time 45 min . At least give me one pill so I can be able to ease up3. Then when I arrived I still had to wait some more mind you no one was there (clients)I have been coming here for 10+ years and is time to change!!!!Btw the second time the Dr called it in and it took me two hours to get to the party only to be told wait time 45 min , and then some more … I can’t !!!!This place has really deteriorated BIG TIME

Awful place. I wish I could switch pharmacies. They send you text messages that your medicine is ready. When you go in and after you wait on line, they tell you it isn't come back in a little while. When you go back they yell at you that there is a line. After you already stood on one. The pharmacies are rude and many of them are obese. This is a healthcare job. Are we really to trust people dispensing medicine and medical advice who don't care about their own health?

The pharmacist was extremely rude! She has black hair glasses heavy set. She was extremely rude when I asked how long it would take. She has a rude tone when she told me my insurance will not cover I told her I will pay she was rude and made me wait even longer

Not the best Walgreens I've ever been to a certainly not the worst. Google maps has this as temporarily closed but they were open when I was there today - 1/5/2024
