Rite Aid is a leading drug store chain offering superior pharmacies, health and wellness products and services, complete photo printing, and savings and discounts through the Rite Aid Rewards loyalty program. Its mission is to improve the health and wellness of the communities. Customers have been going to this location for years. The staff in the pharmacy is always very helpful and also the staff at the register. One cashier was amazing, helpful, and attentive to all questions and needs, leading customers to definitely come back. That cashier is super helpful and very kind, helping people find everything they need. Another staff member made a customer's day by helping get medication, taking time to call insurance, and showing kindness and patience. That staff member is a true example of compassionate and good customer service. There can be a wait when picking up medication but that's to be expected, and the location could probably use one more tech. The rest of the store is in and out. When there is a sale, mostly everything is in stock.
I go to the Rite Aid pharmacy on 4159 White Plains Road. The associates there are friendly and helpful. The lines are faster now, so I don't have to wait long. The store is in better condition and the prices are more reasonable.

Ernest was the cashier and he was amazing! He was helpful and attentive to all of my questions and needs regarding my purchase. I will definitely be coming back to shop at this riteaid location. Super helpful and very kind!
