Walgreens is a nice establishment. The employees are friendly, and the merchandise is readily available and easily accessible.

Just slow for no reason, and the attitudes you have to deal with. Don't ask questions in person, don't call to ask questions.. Prescriptions take all day to fill, 9am filled by 7pm. This store needs to hurry up and either close or re staffed.

Always a long wait both pharmacy and front registers. Lady at front of line says she’s been on line 45mins then it took almost 45 mins to get her prescription. It’s been like this for years when will it ever change. Why does everyone move so slow !? Everyone has the same expression on there faces.

The manager who is on shift today this time of the evening is rude and unprofessional.
I called this store 40 minutes before my arrival to confirm that passport photos are done at this site as the automated voice tells you that it's does. No when picked up the phone , what they did instead was press the busy signal or let the phone just ring out. The Manager just walked away after he said yes photos are done at this location.

If your prescription is not available, you get an email letting you know about it. You then get another one when they have it back in stock. Pharmacy staff was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding my pain meds for sciatic pain.

The female manager on duty refused to let me use the bathroom although I am a legally disabled individual. I had my cane and offered to show her my Medicare card and my Disability metrocard to prove it and she still refused. To deny a disabled person access to a restroom is horrible.This is part of the reason I do not shop at Walgreens or get my prescriptions from there. They have horrible customer service to their consumers.This was after I made my transaction that she refused.

Don’t call because these people willNever pick up the phone for the pharmacy. Just ask for a manager and they will connect you right away. The pharmacy don’t want to pick up the phone. Rude

My issue was with the pharmacy. The pharmacist was nice and helpful. However, one of the cashiers was rude and unprofessional. She needs customer service training. I will never step foot in this walgreens again.

The worst pharmacy, ridiculous customer service, no communication and rude. Made an appointment for a Flu shot and no one communicates that I have to wait an additional 15 minutes on top of the 15 I already Waited after showing up on time, 3 people behind the counter and they act as if you're bothering themNot to mention I really didn't want to go there since my car was broken into in their parking lot.
