The pharmacy is useless. I went in today to pick up my medication. The pharmacist explains they don't have it, but I can get it off the counter. I asked if they could check if another Rite Aid had the medication, and they stated they couldn't. I find it in an aisle. I confirmed with the cashier near the pharmacist if this was the prescription. She stated yes, but I couldn't pay for it at the said register.

This place needs to be shut down ASAP. How do you have customers if you don’t answer the phone lines. This rite aid is very useless and needs to be demolished.

Super long lines for the pharmacy, they never answer the phones and the store is looted daily. The staff members are few but help when they can.

They need to answer the phone at the store and especially at the pharmacy!!!!! Atop saying sorry and ask your lazy employees to answer the phone...they also have a nasty rapore when they answer the phones with a nasty attitude...as If they are doing me a favor. I am usy calling about a prescription for a family member or ask them to fill it asap...and not walk there for lazy people to tell me to come back to pick up the prescriptions tomorrow...that is laziness....why are your employees so lazy??? Just answer the phones!!!!!

Never puck their call. And if you work at the pharmacy and you don't Like it. Please quit because I the customer can't deal with your stress and arrogance. I have enough of that.

Products are grossly overpriced, and i ordered something through the website 2 days ago for pickup and i just got an email saying that it was ready for pick up.

Service wasn't as good but, it has everything I need (sometimes), but sometimes when buy a certain gift card, the value if said card doesn't get offered sometimes

Worst pharmacy ever. They never answer calls. The cashiers move so slow. The line will be down the store to the entrance and they don’t care. They need to hire more people for times like this. They need to train their techs.

They never pick up the phone. I am a disabled person I can not pick up on the fly I have to make sure my prescription is there before I go and they just don't pick up the phone.

Well apparently I'm not the only one writing a review regarding Pharmacy concerns. This is not my first time coming here in this location but it just the same mayhem. Customer service? Forget about it. I have to pick up my medications prescribed by my MD yesterday, and when I got there, well I have to wait 30mins to an hour. Also, I have to get some refills and for that I have to wait for an hour. Like how? I been in two different locations but they are not like this. What if those medications are very important and may cause life crisis to that person? Please guys do something for those people.

been going to rite aid for the longest, it was a great place to shop, but the prices for necessities that we needed cost too much, you could get them at a bogeda for a lower price

Takes too long! They say to come back in a few minutes but when you go back hours later your prescription is still not ready!
