Takes forever to fill medications

This Walgreens should be be closed immediately! If you are in need of a pharmacy, go somewhere else. They are extremely unprofessional. I called three days in a row only to be put on hold for over a half an hour before I had to get in my car an go over there to get an answer to a question. I feel bad for an elderly person who can’t do that. It took them 4 days to get a prescription filled when my doctor sent it over 5 days ahead of time. If I can give this horrible place zero stars I would. There are the absolute worst.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. They keep putting you on hold until you hang up.

I came in because I was feeling sick. I asked the lady Reina to open the locked case so I could get the medication that I wanted. Instantly she was very rude and had a nasty attitude. I asked her if the medication would help me with what I was feeling and she told me “read the back” with a nasty tone. Reina does not have good customer service and doesn’t not know how to assist customers. I will not return to this location again.

Good pharmacy...looks like a lot of has been stolen ( less inventory) compared to times past.

Walgreens 3590 East Tremont Veronica Sack the store manager is extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and shouldn't be dealing with anyone because she has zero skills on how to communicate & handle a situation. I filmed her smiling and smirking at me when I tried to complain about Gina who works in the pharmacy and I expressed that Gina was a dangerous employee to have there especially when dealing with medication. Gina was aggressive, rude and unprofessional as well but the manager Veronica was WORSE. I'll be posting the videos all over social media so people in the community is aware of these two. We waited for two weeks for a prescription to be filled and kept getting it's in process bs. I then interjected when my daughter told me how they were treating her and she was scared to go into the store because of Gina. I called, spoke to and recorded my conversation with Gina where she can be heard being rude and unprofessional and basically telling me the medication was out of stock and that she told my daughter that. Which she didn't I listened to my daughters recording of her conversation with Gina. I told Gina she did not tell my daughter that and she continued to be rude so I told her I'll deal with it with the bosses. MAGICALLY 10 minutes later my daughter gets a text that her medication was ready. I'm thinking how? How is it ready when Gina just said it was out of stock?! I called my daughters father so he can pick it up the next day ... next day he was given her medication opened and ripped open. Not put into a white paper bag as normal instead inside a ziplock back. I of course was concerned and contacted her dad who then called the store and Gina picked up. He recorded his conversation where Gina can be heard saying nothing can be done and could careless about our concerns. She was rude and extremely dismissive. I then call to speak to her boss who is the pharmacy manager I'm told by the name of Minju Par. She could care less about my concerns and my complain in regards to Gina's behavior. She did offer to replace the medication with a SEALED box. Wow, isn't that suppose to be common practice for the safety of the consumer? She too was bothered by my persistence of safety and professionalism. I request to file a complaint and she brushes me off to the store manager Veronica who I went in to see and speak to the next day. Veronica says right away when I told her who I was yea I heard with annoyance in her face and voice. She too didn't care. I don't care what they tried to explain if medication calls to be in a sealed box then it should be given in a sealed box but they kept saying it's what they do. No. Been getting this medication for years and it was never given in a ripped or open box. I informed Veronica I was putting the videos and audios online and she shrugged her shoulders like a toddler, smirked and said ok. So I will. Veronica must be related to Gina because she Was upset that I kept saying Gina shouldn't be touching patient medication instead of being concerned about dispensing opened medication. If interested on seeing the video go to Tik Tok. The photo is of Veronica Sack the store manager The store is always a mess, dirty, dusty. Long lines, photo area a mess, piles of papers on top of each other and always have trouble finding photos that were ordered. Pharmacy staff needs a lot of training. The staff up front never a problem. However One time I went to pick up my photos and the girl was eating on the counter licked each of her fingers then handed me the envelope of photos. Disgusting. They need organization, more staff to help with the influx of people and train these people on how to deal with customers. Don't use this location I feel it's unsafe and the Gina in the pharmacy shouldn't be there. I feel she's a danger.

Waited on phone hold for an hour and could not get through to request a medication refill. Call back the next day and after 30 mins wait, my phone call got disconnected. Went in person to the store, they told me to come back in an hour to pick up the medication. When I went back, they could not find it. They have to look at the video camara recordings and finally found it inside the garbage can. The guy who took care of me, has a nasty attitude and no custumer service at all. ?????

Such a great place for a pharmacy, such a great pharmacist agents, but no one is paying attention to the customers that calls in, and this is all the time. I just spent 40 minutes on hold waiting for a pharmacist to pick up and help me with a simple question. I just played along as I had the time. But I could have driven there and make the line. Remind me again why do we have a Pharmacy phone hotline? Managers please pay attention!

This pharmacy is the worst in the neighborhood. They are super delayed, the phone service is unprofessional and always at minimum a 40 minute wait, and they take forever in the drive thru. If you ever need medication, please don’t ever send it to this pharmacy because you are guaranteed to have issues. They won’t ever go the extra mile for their patients. If your medication needs a approval from your doctor they won’t ever call you to let you know there is a delay because of the missing approval. They will simply not fill it and leave you in limbo.

I have attempted 2x to call and speak to someone at the pharmacy department both times on HOLD for over 10mins with no response. I am on hold again for the third time and final attempt....:( this is just bad practice...
