Staff is rude and incompetent.
3 registers 3 employees. One working slowly, one looking at her phone and one counting his tray over and over.
The pharmacy cashier was just as incompetent. No resolution capability, no costumer service skills.

Might the worst Walgreens that exists. Everyone who’s works here has an attitude and the line is always a mile long. Made me wait 30min to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered over the phone. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time coming here.

How does it take over two hours to throw a z-pack in a bag? It isn't like a chemist is sitting in the back of the pharmacy with a mortar and pestle...I went to pick up my items, and they were not ready after two hours. The girl said, 'well, we could call you?' Yes...a question. "How long will it be?", I ask. 'Maybe an hour? '(Another question...) Other pharmacy chains call as soon as your things are ready, when you may need refills, when something is expiring. ..because sick people need their medication, without hassle, and unnecessary trips back and forth.
Incidentally, the Walgreens on East Tremont and Lafayette is much better. Not all items are locked up and inaccessible (a whole other issue on Crosby, where almost all items are under lock and key) and the pharmacy staff is helpful and super quick...fifteen minute wait.
Walgreens on Crosby has steadily gone downhill since the conversion from Genovese to Rite Aid...and now...the worst. Do better.

This Walgreens is horrible there are only two people on the registers you would think this was people first time buying Valentine’s Day stuff. They need to hire more people to man the registers.

The location is very convenient, as it's within walking distance to the train and bus stop, and it also offers parking. This made it incredibly easy to access, especially for those using public transportation or driving. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I was able to quickly get what I needed. I highly recommend this location for its accessibility and great service.

The short rotund "Karen" pharmacist at this Walgreen's pharmacy is the absolute rudest, nastiest person I have ever had the misfortunate of dealing with. I would rather use ANY other pharmacy than this one again. I will take my business elsewhere but not before I file a complaint with Walgreens corporate office. She should not be dealing with the public at all, let alone people who are sick or in need of medication. I truly hope something is done about her! This pharmacy needs a new pharmacist stat!!
Also, don't have your prescriptions filled here if you want/need them on time. I have received texts that my "prescription is ready" for pickup hours after I have already called several times and picked it up and that is just the beginning. I should have written this review months ago - my apologies. But you have now been warned - Beware!

always have issues with electronic prescription and insurance. which other pharmacy dont have. very bad customer service.

Basically terrible. They do have a wide selection, but it is impressive how there is a line when you want to pay. All too often, there will be other employees standing around with only one person working the register while many wait. I've also experienced THE SLOWEST REGISTER ATTENDENTS IN THE UNIVERSE at this location. Don't go here unless you have to, but if you do, they will probably have what you need.

Walgreens is just a scam. You buy one day and get a 5 dollar award. Then you go back to buy more and you can't use it because it's some points system that the cashier can't even explain and it has to be used later because the system has to put it to the points. So two purchases after the first one? The cashier says that is how corporate does it. Needless to say items were not purchased better off buying this items at Target and for cheaper.
