Having me on hold for 15 minutes to then pick up and with an irritated tone say you are closed now and on your break try again @ 2pm and hang up before I could even respond. At that why even pick up the phone?

While I go here every so often, it's mainly to get gift cards. I would say the prices are eh and the shelves are empty. The prescription line is always long. The place is clean and you can check your blood pressure there.

By far the worst pharmacy, every time I go to the dr and call rite aid about my prescription to see if it's ready for pick up, they always claim my dr never sent over the prescription. Have to call about 3 different times in order for them to find my prescription. On top of that I have to wait almost 2 hours every time for them to answer my phone call. When I come to pick up my prescription it's always a long line where I have to wait a hour.
Point is there service sucks.

Don't even bother calling them. They won't pick up. I was on hold for like an hour and 40 minutes. It's crazy how they can still be in business with such terrible service. Rite Aid clearly doesn't give a damn.

What the hell is wrong with this location, it's like the staff never answers the phone in the pharmacy department and you never seem to have my prescriptions in stock.
I called again and still on hold as caller number one for the past 45 minutes (5/2/24) this is so sad ya'll need to hire staff members to help this location out or someone who at least answer the phone. Maybe this location needs to permanently close,they already act like they are. Next step is to inform 311??♂️

the big backed woman and scrawny man behind the counter couldn’t tell me why I waited 15 mins for assistance in the makeup isle (after pushing the button twice) when the store wasn’t even busy! I’m very patient and know maybe it wasn’t their job, but their uncaring attitude ticked me :) anyway I left empty handed. Do better!

If I can give a zero star I will. This pharmacy is under staff, no one picks the call, refills is always late, they will send you a text saying your prescription is ready when u go and waste your time they will tell you it’s not ready.

Worst pharmacy in the area. They always open late, never have anything in stock, and never answer the phone. I was on hold for an hour and 30 minutes, and they never picked up. It's frustrating to have to go there just to find out they don't have your medicine ??♂️. Whoever is in charge needs to do something ASAP!

My script was sent electronically yesterday. Still no notification from Rite Aid. I have been caller # 1 in the Rite Id cue for 40 minutes & counting.with a 101 fever on hold. Horrible treatment hire more people or get better employees.

There is no such thing as customer service at this Rite Aid. The technician Brenda gives you the wrong informations to get you away and very disrespectful. Their main focus is not patient's wellness.
