Recently paid for a bedroom set all in cash and was told we'd get it, but was called a few days later and they told us they don't have it in stock even though we were promised we'd get it and needed it urgently.

REAL BAD...... worst Furniture store ever. Never going back to this store. They gave us small mattress when we told them to give proper size then they send one worst mattress which I did not receive.

Ok heres the deal update 3-28-2021 i finally got my $100 dollar gift certificate i had to go there and get it even though they said they mailed it twice which i still havent got it in the mail yet yeah sure they Delivered it as they were giving me the gift certificate you can tell they werent happy about it so i was looking around the store to spend this gift certificate and i noticed the worst thing of all there is nothing to but there for 100 bucks even the broken up furniture they had there was $150 or more not only that they wouldnt ship it to the store for pick up you had to have it delivered which cost more ive never been to a furniture store or any store that would treat you like a criminal like you stole something from them i mean i was just looking for them to do the right thing i fixed the damage to my house that they did myself they should be a little bit more humble and thankful that i did not want them to fix my house it would have cost them mire money anyway all in all dont shop here you are not going to be happy with their products or service that they provide its a shame but this is what some places do i am reaching out to everyone on here just to help you help out as much as i can

I just bought a beautiful white truffle bed. Irma helped me. She is a great sales woman. Delivery was is 2 days. The men who set up the bed for me were wonderful. Thank you R.B.S. Liquidation.

Horrible ! Rude and prejudice! Frank , you are super rude! Have no respect and I will make sure I call corporate or whomever to report your actions. Seems to me they only want your $$. They're nice and lie to tell you furniture comes on time . It's been a month and every time we call it's something different! Worst service I've every had at a furniture store

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I was charged $2,300 for my bedroom set and no one even offered any update on delivery status. It has been 2 months and I still don't know when my husband and I will receive the furniture. It wasn't until I sent a heavily worded email a few days ago, that they reached out saying that they have no clue when they'll consider delivering. We are stuck at a family member's home in an entirely different state waiting for the bed set - still paying rent on the place we have yet to move into. Guess if I don't want to wait another 3-4 months I'm going to have ask for the $2,300 back.

Made an order on saturday 3/14. left a $600 deposit and finances the rest for a platform bed, 8draw dresser, mattress & box spring. was told i would get a call on monday 3/16 to confirm delivery timeframe. patiently waited until 6pm received no call of expected delivery. manny proceeded to tell me how "i don't think you'll be very happy with us i really don't, and i think you should come and get your money. i'm a furniture outlet and i don't give the type of service you want". now i'm curious as to why an OWNER would say that about his business. i called to ask for a delivery date! i have on tape saying this self sabotaging crap! 3/27 - a complete circus. thursday 3/19 receive call from manager around 630pm whom "wanted to make sure i'd be home for delivery" i say yes and rereview what is to be delivered - 4 pieces (mattress/box spring/bed frame/dresser) he agrees and states my guys will c u tomorrow. 3/20 no call received all day i make call at 1230pm to get timeframe as i'd like to go get groceries due to yknow---the freaking pandemic. speak to a woman, i explain myself - she begins to make excuses as to its a busy day. i simply would like to know a window of time so possibly i could run to grocery and come back;reasonable request. she said she'd call back. in 10 minutes i get another call if a driver whom says they're 15 minutes away they're just GETTING ALL THE PIECES, i say ok. get here start to put together the bed and i hear them speaking in spanish falta los rails - black bilingual girl here whom clearly understood they're MISSING PIECES. i abruptly said if your missing pieces how long does it take you to come back. they set up the headboard and had no slacks to put the freaking mattress down into the frame. this same genius who told me an hour earlier he was GETTING ALL THE PIECES. he hurriedly began to ask me to sign and i told him i am not signing for an incomplete job, but i will notate - date and initial that you only delivered half of the product and take a picture of the invoice. the delivery man tells me I HAVE TO CALL THE STORE TO REPORT THE SLACKS MISSING and the dresser is on back order. called the store back to inquire what kind of half assed crap is this! especially when i went over the items the day before and did not mention ANYTHING about any pieces not being able to arrive as anticipated on 3/20. by this time they are tired of me calling, but manny sounds SURPRISED that they delivered a bed with no slacks and just the mattress and box spring and have a mattress standing up in my bedroom! manny tells me omg he did not know and he will get someone to come back in 15 minutes said nothing of when dresser would arrive. and hour and a half goes by....some very nice spanish man (whom looked rushed and overworked honestly) came to install metal slacks which don't look like they were intended for the bed i ordered but they fit. i called the store again to find out when the dresser would get here the woman who rushed me off before tells me next friday 3/27. today is sunday 3/29, no calls no appointment for drop off no communication no dresser. and i look in my email About the financing of the furniture which i have on an invoice totaling 1639.00 -- the finance group sends an email with a total of 2232.00 outstanding balance, which i have no idea where that additional money came from when i have my receipts of a down payment. i am livid. these people are crooks and i will be calling the better business bureau, department of labor, and reporting them to 311 and the local bronx 12 if i don't get my things as agreed upon. they picked the right one. i'll give another update by april IF I GET MY DRESSER OR NOT.

This place will scam you of every cent you have. Don't try to give them the benefit of the doubt like I did. Customer service after you pay them is horrendous and they will find no fault in anything they've done. Please go elsewhere and save yourself the emotional issues, it seems to be an ongoing fault with this place as shown in reviews and it's my own fault for giving them a chance.

Quality furniture. The staff is very helpful and polite. Teri helped me pick out a beautiful bedroom set, and then got the manager to give me a huge discount. The delivery was fast and they set everything up. Really great delivery guys. All in all great experience.
