This company disappeared from the map. While the affected people ask for answers for their missing or stolen merchandiseThe owner fancies himself in Santo Domingo with his great air of a clueless politician. He does not respond to his clients, nor does he show his face, like thieves who are all involved in this client scam.

I have been waiting for a box for a month and fifteen days and it still hasn't arrived. I don't know what's happening with the phone. I haven't been able to get in touch. They have to improve customer service.

In the past I had used this company, no problem storage place was in Santiago, RD. On May 25th sent 3 boxes and a walker. Is July 4th and no delivery has been made the rep lied by saying there are new laws when it comes to container shipping. The receipt they give still shows the address in Santiago but in reality they are in Santo Domingo which is the capital. No one ever answers the phone, there is a huge irresponsibility and unaccountability from the company. Website not up to date. Do business at your own risk.

I decided to employ Rapi Embarque because my sister in law recommended them to me. I sent 3 of the bigger sized blue barrels priced at $130 each for a total of $390. We filled them with food, clothes and items you need for the home (a new set of pots and pans, cushions for dining room chairs etc.) What wasn’t stolen arrived broken, not 1 single piece of glassware arrived intact. About half of the food sent was stolen. None of the clothes that we sent arrived either, every single one was stolen except for a blouse that was ripped presumably by them. After they botched the delivery several times over the course of 2 weeks, we decided to rent a pickup truck and go pick them up ourselves. We had to do this 2 times because the first time that we went to pick them up there was nobody there, the place looks like an abandoned construction site. (Renting a pickup truck twice and going to their location behind the San Luis Prison was a huge hassle. There’s no signage or anything there, like I said it looks like an abandoned construction site which is off putting.) If we could give them a No star rating, there’s no doubt we would.

Not reliable, my items were stolen and I was told nothing can be done. The lady also tries to sell me a story, stating: “i had to fill out a form with all my items and bring the box in person”, I stated that when i called i was never informed about this and i also stated where is the form and she said it doesn’t exist. Fraudulent company!

The worst company I've ever shipped with. I sent a box and container (cost $200) 1 month later, I called the day it was supposed to be delivered, The lady on the phone tells me it's on the dock. I called again and they said it was in the warehouse and would be delivered today. When I called the next day to verify, the box and the container were still in the warehouse and never put in a truck for delivery. And when I asked when it would be delivered the lady said in Spanish "it will get there, when it gets there"
